Sandy Crack - Un chalet de surf 'side-road'

Un chalet bien aménagé, de plain-pied, de 1 300 pieds carrés, à un peu plus de 100 mètres d’un accès calme à la plage. Cette maison ouverte, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain est sur une rue pittoresque et calme bordée de vieux chênes. L'environnement boisé de la maison offre de belles occasions de voir des renards, des grenouilles, etc. plusieurs mois de l'année. Vous êtes assez loin de la route pour ne pas entendre les voitures qui se promènent sur l'île. La plupart du temps vous n'entendrez que le bruit des vagues qui frappent la plage. Très peu de lumière ambiante provenant de tonnes de maisons et de réverbères, donc beaucoup de super visionnage des étoiles.

La plage en face du point d'accès n'est pas bondée en raison de l'absence de «densité de la maison» à proximité. C'est un quartier calme avec beaucoup de familles. Seulement 1. 5 miles du centre-ville de Surf City et de la jetée.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec beaucoup de couverts pour servir beaucoup de bons repas. Comprend une cafetière, un robot culinaire, un four grille-pain, un mélangeur et une myriade de marmites de casseroles pour cuisiner un merveilleux repas. Il y a des sièges de bar au comptoir de la cuisine pour 4 et une table à manger en chêne massif qui peut accueillir 6.

Love, love love, Sandy Crack. This was our fifth year and everything is just like it should be relaxing, easy enjoyable convenient I can hear the waves and hear the birds. Another Great Stay

There is so much to love about the Sandy Crack! It's the perfect size and location for our family of 5. Close to the beach and on a quiet street. We enjoyed our second stay here and are glad to have found the Sandy Crack.

Great house and location!

The house was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach with easy access. We would definitely recommend it to others and plan to return in the future.

Fun Place for a Beach Vacation!

We had a great long weekend staying at Sandy Crack! The side-road is the perfect, quiet location, and the house is spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and we enjoyed eating on the back deck. The beach is just a quick walk away. We hope to stay again soon for another relaxing beach weekend.

Great for Thanksgiving get away!

Planned on a holiday on Topsail with family (who live there) and this was the perfect house for us. It was very pet friendly, nicely furnished and although it's on a private road off from the main drag, only a block walk to the beach. ..And the kitchen was well equipped, which was a relief as we were contributing to the Thanksgiving feast.

We are a family of outdoor enthusiasts that love being outside and active, whenever possible. Surf City/Topsail has been a favorite of ours since we moved to NC in 2004. We love the low-key, family-oriented nature of the island and really like the lack of commercialization. We are also a family of surfers and really like the miles of uncrowded beach breaks, right out front.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Off the beaten path on an oak tree lined street. Quiet and tranquil. Topsail Island and Surf City are one of a handful of remaining NC beach towns that commercialization has not caught up to. You won't find miles of neon signs, fast food restaurants, arcades, loud bars or nightclubs. Wilmington has all of those things and more and is under 30 mins away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Only 100 yards from deeded beach access. Because of the lack of building density at and around the house, the beach never gets crowded. The back deck of the house looks out onto a wooded buffer between neighboring street. The sound is only 100 yards away as well. You could easily launch a kayak from there. Beach/Sound. Has it all!
A sidewalk parallel to Route 50 is 100 yards away. If you don't want to run on the beach, you can run south on a sidewalk all the way into the town of Topsail Beach, 5 miles away. A bike path on the road shoulder starts about 3/4 miles from the house and runs 10 miles north, to the town of North Topsail. Really nice for a great, fast road ride spin.
