Newly renovated 3BR/3BA w king bed, linens, towels & views! 🌞

Fully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath home in close proximity to the beach and downtown Surf City. The “Soundset” townhome is located just a half-mile south of the new high-rise bridge. While staying you can walk to all of the shops, dining and entertainment that Surf City has to offer! The beach (public access #23) is a quick stroll, and the fishing pier is also very close-by. Walkable breakfast spots include Sunrise Bagels and Daybreak Donuts (the best donuts on the island, made to order!), and there’s several restaurants in close proximity including Santino’s Italian, Beauchaines Seafood, Topsail Steamer and Shaka Taco. Soundside park is also nearby, with a public boat launch, walking trails and playground for the kids. Stay here and enjoy the best location on Topsail Island!

Unit B is a 3 bed, 3 bath fully renovated & modern beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the sunrise and sunset views. LVP and tile flooring throughout (no dirty carpets!), beachy style bead-board walls, all new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, new baths with tile and marble topped vanities, and modern light fixtures & ceiling fans throughout. Every bedroom has a wall-mounted 4K Smart Roku TV and private deck access. There is also a charcoal grill outside for your use.

Linens & towels provided! Bedrooms are 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full / twin combination bunk. Note: beds also include mattress & pillow encasements.

50 South Surf Shop is also right down the street, available to meet all of your beach rental needs! (910-328-7911)

Perfect Home Close to Beach

Perfect location to the beach, short walk, and you are there. This beach access was also one of the few to include a potta potty. The house was also wonderful with a living room and full kitchen on the main level and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. Each room has access to their own bathroom, so its perfect for a larger group that needs some privacy. Both the master and the living area have decks to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The house has a collection of beach toys, we also brought some of our own. And the outdoor shower was wonderful to get the sand off before going inside. We will certainly look to stay here again if we come back to Top sail!

Wonderful stay!!!

Absolutely wonderful property! Easy walking distance even with young kids to a number of attractions, including the beach but also parks and the Surf City shopping/dining areas. Check in was incredibly easy, with all the information supplied plenty of time ahead. Jon and Kristin were incredibly quick and responsive to all questions throughout the entire process, both before and during our stay. House is clean, with good supplies and super nice outdoor areas (including outdoor shower which was very useful when coming in from the beach). Lots of beach supplies provided in the closet downstairs. Overall the property was a big part in a memorable family trip for us! Highly recommended, and we will definitely book again when coming back to Topsail.

Definitely will be back! This house is immaculate and the beds are so comfortable! Everything is top notch! Short walk to beach and restaurants. Great communication with owner. Just a wonderful smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Cute and Convenient

This was our first visit to Topsail and Jonathan/Kristin's unit was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and a quick walk around the corner to the beach. Looking forward to planning our next visit!

This property is beautiful inside, and was a complete down to the studs rehab. It features a gorgeous master suite with king bed, dual vanity, tiled shower, separate toilet room and large closet. The kids bunk bedroom is on the same floor, with separate bathroom including tub. Downstairs you will find all new appliances in the kitchen, a washer & dryer closet, and a Queen bedroom with another bath. Every bedroom has a smart Roku TV, so you can log in and watch all of your own streaming apps. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in, relax and cook, or you can enjoy the many wonderful restaurants nearby.

Expansive decks front and back on each level, outdoor showers, and you can walk to all of the main Surf City attractions from this house!
