Our stay was fantastic. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It held 8 of us with no problem and we loved hanging out on the dock! Would highly recommend!

Grand Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying in this cottage. It has a private dock, nice yard for games, and a clean house that is updated. The hosts are also great and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place

My family had a great time at the property. Matt was a wonderful host and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Location was great with being so close to the boat ramp and just a couple miles from the convenience store but still being in a quiet cove. House has been wonderfully remodeled and plenty of space for all of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Really nice place with dock that is easily accessible from back porch. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend booking any of their properties.

Great property and fantastic hosts

We stayed at the property for a week as we were in town for the high school bass fishing nationals. The property and house was perfect for what we needed. We were greeted by our hosts who took the time to show us the property, where things were, and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated their thorough communication and approach to customer service from the initial property booking to our last day. If/when we are ever back in Grove, OK we hope this property is available to stay again.

Pelican cottage getaway

Our family likes to take a trip to Grand once a year. I think we finally found a place to return to. 😊 Property manager were very welcoming, the place was clean, nice large kitchen and living space. Had all the things needed for a lake getaway. Kids loved the kayaks and Lilly pad to swim off the dock. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

Pelican cottage

This was a great mini vacation for us. They had a Lilly pad to use on the lake, kayaks to use, corn hole as well. We stayed busy using everything. They had everything you need or needed at the house. Will be coming back in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Oh the 5 stars aren’t even enough for this place! We absolutely recommend this cottage! All the small details that the owners put into this place should push this to 10 stars! They are also the kindest people you will meet! The cottage was perfect, boat dock was perfect and the stay in general was amazing. We will definitely be back! Even caught a nice 9lb catfish right off the dock while there! Thank you so much for the amazing stay and can’t wait for next time!

Great Place To Stay!

My son and I went down there for a fishing tournament. The owner, Matt, was there when we arrived and went through everything in the house with us. The house was stocked with little things like dishwasher detergent and laundry pods, etc. which was really nice. Matt also checked with us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house was in the perfect location for tournaments going out to Wolf Creek. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The covered boat dock was great. There is a boat ramp a couple hundred yards from the house which was very convenient. Matt communicated very well with me before our stay and answered all of my questions. Next time we’re at Grand Lake, I will definitely rent this house again. John & Austin - Omaha, Ne.

Great weekend get-a-way!

My family and I had an amazing long weekend at Grand Lake! The Pelican Cottage was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the weekend. It had everything we needed. Also loved having the dock and water right out the front door. Matt and Kim were amazing hosts!!! We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay

We had a great trip. Cabin was very clean and newly remodeled. Nice quiet location with convenient boat ramp nearby and a private dock. Owners were always available. Highly recommend and we plan on visiting again in the future.

We had a great experience. Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Location is right by the water with dock, kayaks, outdoor games, etc. House was furnished with everything we needed. Great experience!

Awesome Place To Stay on Grand Lake

From check in, through my stay, to my departure, Matthew was awesome. He met me at checkin & stayed in contact the duration of my stay to ensure my satisfaction. The property itself is understated in their description. It’s fantastic. Everything is in great condition & very modern. There is a boat ramp within walking distance & their dock is a great amenity. I’ll never go back to Grand Lake where I don’t try to stay here.

Great cozy place

We enjoyed our stay. The Will’s were there to greet us and show us around. This was our first stay in a Vrbo and it exceeded our expectations. Great location right on the lake with a private dock. It was a perfect place to enjoy a weekend getaway and unwind. We will return.

Great house, very newly remodeled and really clean. house had everything one could need for sure. Good location to Grove for eating/shopping. The existing boat slip is really small/short and in bad condition. If you have a boat with a tower expect to bring it down to enter. There is a big nice new dock setting there to be installed which will accommodate any boat size once it's complete.

Great getaway for big family

Matthew's communication and kindness was wonderful! He thought of everything. Pelican cottage has all that you will need. Its decorated so homey! Our family had the best time!!! The weather was perfect for swimming, fishing and boating! Bonus: We caught some fish! Will come again!
