Plenty of parking. Great outdoor kitchen and swim dock. Public boat ramp before you turn into division. Close to Wolf creek for a better boat ramp. Beautiful views. kayak, lily pad, outdoor games like horse shoes, cornhole, crochet, ping pong, provided during peak season. 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed. 3 store away beds, pack and play. Dining room seats 10. Great location 1.5 miles from Tom Cat Corner/Cherokee Casino. Perfect place for quiet relaxation. Great porch area. Absolutely no parties. Call or text 9183817661. Please contact owner about pet size. Maximum dog limit is 3. First two dogs are $25 each (one time fee)If more than 2 there will be a fee of $150 for the 3rd pet. Garage is not available for use.

Fantastic House! Has everything you need and more. Stayed here with my Husband, my girls and their friends and my parents and had plenty of room! Dog Friendly was even better!

Summer 2025 lake trip

Amazing view of the lake. Great location in a very quite peaceful neighborhood.

Simple easy experience with property management. Great communication throughout the trip and Great experience overall. Highly recommend this place if staying in the grand lake area!

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! There is an amazing dock we fished off of and a huge back yard my 3 year old had an amazing time in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, and the bedrooms were great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice home

Very nice home with all the amenities you need in quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. Loved the covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Large yard and great view of lake. Host was very prompt in responding and very accomodating. Have been looking for the perfect getaway lakehouse on Grand Lake and finally found it! Looking forward to many more stays!

Great property

We needed a place to stay while we played golf for a couple of days. This house was the perfect place. Everyone was very comfortable and happy with the accomodations. The property was exactly as advertised and we will be staying again the next time we visit the area.

Nice lakeside home

Was a very nice property, lots of space and a nice setup. Was a little chilly when we were there, otherwise we would have utilized more outside deck activities. Loved the firepit and access to a dock.

Beautiful home on the water

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and the owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive! We were able to park our jet skis at the private dock and it was a short walk. The back porch is so nice and we enjoyed grilling dinner and roasting s’mores!
