Belle unité rénovée donnant sur le 11e vert au club de golf et au terrain de golf Woodhaven Country les mieux notés.

Ameublement trÚs confortable avec tout le confort. Franchissez la porte et entrez immédiatement dans la zone de détente! Plan d'étage ouvert facile avec beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle de l'atrium intérieur. Vues du 11e fairway et du green.

Le Woodhaven Country Club dispose d'un parcours de golf réglementaire par 70 avec d'excellentes installations d'entraßnement. C'est une communauté fermée avec quatre piscines et jacuzzis, tennis, salle de gym et un merveilleux restaurant dans le club-house donnant sur le golf.

Situé à seulement un mile de l'autoroute 10 sur Washington, cette communauté fermée tranquille est à proximité d'excellents restaurants, boutiques, casinos et sites touristiques.

Woodhaven CC

My wife and I think Woodhaven CC is great. We love it. We're going back for our seventh year, fifth year at this property. The landscaping is extremely well maintained which makes for a very colorful and pleasant environment. I enjoy the golf very much, the course is also well maintained, the greens fees are reasonable and people come from all over to play Woodhaven CC. Now they have an app to make tee times which is very convenient. The view of the mountains from the course is great. My wife uses the exercise facility at the club house and she finds it to be very enjoyable. The facilities at the club house are very good which includes a nice dining room and pro shop. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The view looks out onto the 11th fairway and green.Traffic noise is minimal. One thing I really appreciate is the fact that the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We also enjoy hiking in the area. There are many great places to hike including Joshua Tree National Park, Santa Rosa, Palm Springs and Mecca Valley. We hope to return to Woodhaven CC for many years to come, it suits us extremely well.

Woodhaven Condo

The condo is located in a very nice well maintained golf course community. It is quiet and close to restaurants and stores. We have stayed in this unit for several years and are returning again next year. We find it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is clean and nicely furnished including a very comfortable king sized bed and a well stocked kitchen. It also has a nice gas barbecue. The North facing wall is mostly glass facing out on to a very nice covered patio and the beautiful green golf course. It has excellent owners who are very accommodating.

Review of rental property 139359

We have been renting this unit every January since 2007. The owners are very easy to work with and the pictures you see, accurately depict the rental's appearance and amenities. The unit is always very clean and has a wonderful comfortable bed. Each year we look forward to see the improvements they have made to the property and are always pleasantly surprised. We enjoy all the golfing, hiking, shopping and wonderful restaurants in the area. The weather is always wonderful with blue skies every day. We feel safe and secure and would highly recommend this property.

A Wonderful Month's Stay

We stayed in this lovely condo for the month of March 2012 and enjoyed it immensely. The condo is light and airy, decorated with comfortable furnishings and interesting artwork. Someone obviously put some thought and planning into the look. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The outdoor gas grill was great and we turned out some wonderful meals in the spacious kitchen. The Woodhaven Country Club setting is attractive, convenient, well-maintained, and fun. Being on the north side of Woodhaven also had its advantages: the sun was comfortable without being constant and the traffic noise pretty much non-existent. We enjoyed the golf course, the Thursday night dinners at the golf club, the swimming pools (there are four), and early morning walks around the perimeter. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again – without a doubt!
