Private Home; Deeded Beach Access; On A1A: 100 steps to the beach!

We have deeded access to the beach across from the house over a two lane road with a crosswalk close by. Deeded access is not public access, this gives you a more spacious beach, not crowded. See photos of the beach in the summer...you will love it!

If you need us we are across the street!

Cute, family oriented single family home 100 steps from the beach! Located in a quiet, small community of 12 single family homes, this is the place to gather the family for your beach and wildlife adventures! Melbourne Beach has the most biodiverse ecosystem in the northern hemisphere. More sea turtles nest on the 1.2 miles of beach here than anywhere else in the world! Arnold Palmer designed golf course next door. Sea turtle nesting season is May through September. Baby turtles hatch end of June through October, great fishing, great surfing, come enjoy your almost private beach! Bike trails and great restaurants up and down the beach.

Deeded beach access (please see photos): Coming out of our home, directly across A1A is a large condo property. Immediately to the left on the condo property is our deeded access. Across A1A, walk forward on the cement sidewalk towards the beach to the wooden bridge and steps down to the beach.

Very nice stay. Let us check in early. Messaged about some problems but host never got back toUs. Other then the grill not working, oven missing bottom heat source so cooking was a challenge and the hornets nest on back porch our stay was good.

Pre Christmas Getaway

We stayed here the week before Christmas to relax before the craziness. Location to beach was perfect, quiet, great little patio area out back. Host was wonderful about giving us dining recommendations.

Great location and house

We absolutely loved this house. It was fully stocked and the location is ideal. The neighbors were so kind and the owner was wonderful. Would definitely want to come back!

Great find on Melbourne Beach

We really enjoyed our month long stay at this super clean, well stocked, spacious home with a sweet backyard. House is set back from A1A so you don’t notice the traffic which can be busy at times. The beach is beautiful and the private access is right across the road as advertised. Golf, tennis/pickleball courts, and ice cream shop are also close by. The owners and property manager, Ally, are great communicators and are super responsive.

Great for our family, would stay again.

Everything was just as described, very convenient to where we wanted to be near friends. Quick beach access and lovely large and well stocked kitchen. Enough beds for us all and overall a very comfortable house. Didn’t expect all the other properties so close as the photos didn’t show that and did have people walking almost right by house/window outside of the back bedroom, but that didn’t seem to bother our oldest son. Fit our family of 7, 2 adults, 4 teens and a 4 year old. We found some Christmas candy waiting for us on the counter that our kids loved. Other than the proximity of neighbors which I didn’t remember seeing or reading on listing- it was great. House itself was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Hands Down Best Vacation Yet

We were in awe of how amazing this bungalow was when we first parked and then we stepped in and our jaws dropped. This place is bigger than you think and the amenities were far beyond what one would think you would get. The beach was fantastic and they supplied so many things to make our experience better than we ever hoped. The beach was quiet due to private access. A stroll at sunrise and sunset is a must. We absolutely loved the charm of the patio and loved enjoying coffee in the morning and a nightcap in the evening. The master suite and bathroom is a spacious retreat complete with a double shower and large soaker tub. Enough to feel some relax time with a house full of family or friends. We will be back!!!

Beautiful Home

Walking into the home was just beautiful. Open the door to this wide-open space that leads to a well-maintained kitchen. Kitchen has all you need for a wonderful stay. Outside the kitchen is a beautiful outdoor area that is so private and serene. Great space to have a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the ocean. Walk across the street to the ocean they have all you need to bring with you. They have gone out of their way to make sure you have all you need for you stay. Even a dog bed!! Allision is great so easy to work with if you need anything she is so attentive. Thank you Allision. You will not be sorry if you stay here...

The Most Beautiful Bungalow

My wife and I were surprised at the size and beauty of the home, the pictures don’t do this place Justice, you gotta see it in person. I’m looking forward to possibly going back next labor day weekend or holiday in general. I genuinely miss it there being by the beach and I was sad to leave. Thank you guys so much for providing this MOST BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW

Right Size and location

We love our first visit to Melbourne Beach and the home was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for our toddler to move around, close to the beach and everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

We fell in love with the Melbourne Beach area and want to share our home with you! Please let us know if you have any questions.

We currently reside in Houston, TX as well as Port Angeles, WA and we have lived on the West Coast and the East Coast as well as overseas (London). We are in our home in Melbourne Beach often and have family close by.

Almost private beach due to deeded access, not crowded like other public access. Right across the road, use crosswalk for safety with crosswalk flags! Watch the turtles nest, go fishing, surf, etc. Bike trails for miles! We have beach toys for the kiddos, boogie boarding and sand toys!

We have Tommy Bahama Chairs for four plus umbrella and beach towels!

The house is fully loaded with all kitchen needs and linens for the bathrooms....please let us know if you have any questions!
