Phoenix IX est l'un des condominiums les plus récents et les plus luxueux du Golfe! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 1570 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvellement meublée.

Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix IX: l'unité est équipée d'appareils en taille réelle, un bar avec machine à glaçons, 48 "HDTV écran plat dans le salon avec 32" téléviseurs muraux dans les chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et séchoir. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre deux lits queen.

Il y a une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire sécurisée, une piscine chauffée au 7ème étage avec des vues incroyables, deux jacuzzis, un centre de fitness ultramoderne et un court de tennis couvert.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

We had a fabulous stay in Orange Beach. The condo was above our expectations — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the scenic views, extra amenities, and easy access to great restaurants and shopping made the trip wonderful. If you’re looking for a more private setting, this condo is ideal, sitting just over the bridge near the Alabama/Florida border. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay very clean and very nice furniture the table outside was very nice but most uncomfortable you could not enjoy sitting on the balcony for long ..chairs uncomfortable..other than that it was great

Awesome - 100% the best choice for our family!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo and well designed. We had zero issues and everything was just as described. Zero disappointments with condo or overall property. Elevators were fast with no waiting, property & pool were clean, and everyone was very nice. Will do it again!

This is the 2 nd time we have stayed here same room and all we definitely enjoyed very nice place My only complaint is the master bed it is horrible it just needs updated mattress I complained 3 years ago same problem and that’s it other than that I will continue to stay here as long as the good Lord allows and can’t wait to come back staff is amazing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good . There was a few problems with the unit. There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.

The View!

Had to leave a message with Phoenix Manager and hope they get back with you.*Bedroom windows to the hallway need curtains for privacy.*Master Bed was very old and made loud noise every time one would turn in the bed or get in or out of bed. ***Need Access to help onsite or numbers to call. Very Poor Communication with Site Management.*** Over all we loved the place and would go back. With a few minor issues corrected and master bed upgraded, I would have given 5 Stars.

Great location and view of the ocean

condo could have been cleaned a little better. In the 2nd bedroom, the shower did not drain well, but probably because no one had reported it...same with toilet...water would continue to run unless you jiggled the handle. Over all, it was fine....could not beat the location or the view.

Two complaints on an otherwise great property…

Overall we liked the property but two major complaints. First, the wifi did not work the entire week. Second, my daughter was in main room of condo alone when a man walked in and went into one of the rooms. She hid on the balcony until she got the courage to run through and out of the condo. An hour later when we finally got a return call from the property manager, we were told it was a maintenance man that claimed he rang the doorbell three times before coming in. We tested the doorbell. It was loud. She never heard a doorbell. Also, I would expect maintenance to announce themselves as they enter while walking around to make sure no one is there. She could have been in the shower. A text or call from the property manager to warn us of a scheduled maintenance appointment would have been great. She was traumatized and we had to leave an important event scared and worried to get back to her because we could not get in touch with anyone from property management. It is a shame because it is otherwise a great property.

Great property, location & Amenities-Gorgeous Beach View!

I would have given 5 stars, but the unit REALLY needs a deep cleaning. (Dusting, carpets, furniture, baseboards, etc.) Also our fridge had sticky handles and we had to clean microwave door and handles. Bathrooms were clean, except for rugs that needed to be replaced or at least washed. Parking was great, friendly staff on property, and checking in and out was perfect. We would love to stay here again if cleanliness could be guaranteed. Overall a GREAT property and location, and unit has very high end furniture and amenities that just need some TLC!

Awesome room

The room was just as it is in the pictures. It was very nice. The walk to the beach is perfect, very short. We did have to vacuum and wipe down the surfaces but that wasn't a big deal. Loved it and would stay here again.
