Avec des vues Ă  un million de dollars, Rhumb Runners est la villa parfaite pour votre moment spĂ©cial Ă  St John. Rhumb Runners est conçu pour une vie ouverte. La grande chambre dispose de deux coins salon et salle Ă  manger qui ont Ă©tĂ© dĂ©corĂ©s professionnellement avec un mobilier personnalisĂ© et des Ɠuvres d'art originales de l'Ăźle. La grande chambre offre une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur la montagne bordelaise de Saint-Jean, la baie de corail, la mer des CaraĂŻbes et les Ăźles Vierges britanniques.

Rhumb Runners propose un centre de divertissement complet, une télévision par satellite à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. Juste à cÎté de la grande salle au plafond avec poutres apparentes, il y a une piscine privée avec une vue imprenable. Un coin repas extérieur se trouve sur le pont à l'extérieur de la grande salle.

La cuisine pleine grandeur, qui donne sur la piscine, est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un nouveau four Ă  micro-ondes, d'une nouvelle cafetiĂšre, d'une nouvelle cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. UNE NOUVELLE CUISINE AVEC DES COMPTOIRS EN GRANIT A ÉTÉ INSTALLÉE. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Une terrasse couverte entoure le grand balcon.

Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage abrite les suites king-size climatisĂ©es, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e avec douche. La deuxiĂšme chambre peut ĂȘtre facilement convertie en 2 lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont une sensation spacieuse en raison de poutres apparentes et de grandes fenĂȘtres.
Veuillez noter qu'en haute saison, nous louons du samedi au samedi.

Everything went very smoothly, the property manager, Dwight, was very helpful/friendly/professional and all the things we needed for a great stay was there for us. Good communication with the hosts/property manager as well.

We had a great stay with beautiful views. Little bit of a drive up five switchbacks to get to the house and a heavy gate. But the communication in the cleanliness were wonderful. One recommendation to the owners would be for more bath towels. We had four guests and only four bath towels for five days. There is a washer and dryer though we love the views we loved the quiet coral Bay atmosphere highly recommend.

The property had everything we wanted for our stay in Coral Bay. A beautiful view that includes not only Coral Bay but Tortola, Virgin Gorda and Norman Island. It had a well stocked kitchen, a nice pool and it was very clean. The property manager, Dwight, was very accommodating. We look forward to booking it again in the future.

Chris was helpful and easy to communicate with..the house was clean,well equipped and the beds comfortable. The view is outstanding but the road to it very steep with tight switchbacks. If you're timid driver you might find it challenging. Upside is that it's very private but only 3 minutes down the hill to town.I would be happy to stay here again

Great views and a constant, cool breeze. We felt at home and well taken care of. We always love the Coral Bay side of the island. Miss Lucy's on Thursday nights is can't miss for local musicians and a great community vibe. Highly recommended!

Beautiful getaway on the quiet side of the island

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 2 young children and we loved the house. Quiet, comfortable with a beautiful view of Coral Bay. We'd definitely stay here again!

The Peaceful Side of St. John

Beautiful views from the living room, porch and pool deck. The house is in a gorgeous location overlooking Coral bay. Only a short drive to all the best the island has to offer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back spot in St John.

Beautiful home with stellar views! The constant breeze on the deck was amazing. Pool was perfect for post beach dips. The beach towels, chairs and cooler were much appreciated. Great size for a family of 4 (two twin beds worked well for our girls ages 7 and 11). Host was super helpful with travel tips. I recommend experienced drivers getting to and from the property, but well worth such beauty :) Thank you Chris for the little welcome gifts for the kids! What a nice special touch.

Lovely home with gorgeous views

The home is exactly as stated in the description. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. We slept with the windows opened to enjoy the breeze. The pool is perfect after a day at one of the beautiful beaches. A 4- wheel drive is highly recommended for the drive up to the home.

Sweet cottage with brilliant sunrises and pool!

We loved watching the bananaquits at sunrise and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon when we returned from the beach. The living area was big enough to host some family members for dinner and the deck large enough to enjoy a couples massage overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was easy to use and having a washing machine was a big plus. Host was super responsive. We’d definitely stay again!

10 year anniversary trip

Beautiful property on Coral Bay, great location, close to several restaurants on the east side of the island. Relaxing stay away from the crowds of Cruz bay with amazing easterly sunrise views, still close to the northern beaches.

A great place to stay in Coral Bay!

This was a wonderful house, perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean with a nice kitchen. The view is amazing. And there are good restaurants at the bottom of the hill (definitely need a 4-wheel drive vehicle!).

Great property in great location in Coral Bay. Road is steep and narrow with switchbacks, which is every house in Coral Bay, so not unusual. What is, was that it was paved the entire way, which was great. Beds were comfy and the breezes kept the place super comfortable.

Amazing view and great location

It was our first time on St. John's and we had a wonderful time enjoying the fabulous snorkeling and beaches! The home offers incredible views and is close to several good restaurants and a grocery store. If you're a strong swimmer (and have a Jeep) don't miss the snorkeling off of Little Lameshur Bay Beach (swim to the point of the peninsula on the left as you stand on shore) and then a stop at Miss Lucy's for a late lunch on your way back.
