Casa Buena Vista, nouvelle maison de luxe face à l'océan

Belle nouvelle maison de luxe face à l'océan située dans le prestigieux quartier de Garrafon, juste à côté du parc écologique de Punta Sur. Cette maison moderne contient 4 chambres de maître avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Casa Buena Vista avec plus de 3000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie est idéal pour jusqu'à 8 personnes. Chacune des 4 chambres a été conçue pour offrir à nos clients une expérience privée et «spa». Toutes les chambres sont en suite avec de grandes salles de bains avec une douche à l'italienne. 1 salle de bain a également une belle baignoire profonde. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit king-size confortable, de la climatisation, d'une télévision connectée, de Netflix, du wifi et de rideaux occultants motorisés.

Les deux chambres de niveau inférieur ont des portes coulissantes pleine grandeur qui vous permettent de sortir directement de votre chambre dans la piscine.

Les deux chambres au 3ème niveau offrent des portes coulissantes pleine grandeur qui vous permettent de sortir sur la terrasse attenante pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur Cancun. Vous avez également accès à la grande terrasse avant avec une vue imprenable sur les Caraïbes. Profitez des levers et couchers de soleil incroyables depuis les terrasses.

Si vous voulez sortir du soleil et vous détendre et profiter d'un film, le salon principal est équipé d'un Sony XBR avec un système audio Sonos, Netflix et Amazon Prime sont disponibles avec des options de films sans fin.

Profitez de divertir vos invités dans notre cuisine gastronomique et profitez de la vue imprenable. Des portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur une belle terrasse avec coin repas extérieur pour 8 personnes.

La cour arrière offre à nos clients une belle piscine privée à débordement pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Il dispose d'un espace de jeu et de salon peu profond et d'une grande zone de baignade. Il y a 8 chaises longues pour se détendre et lire un livre ou profiter du soleil. L'arrière-cour possède un bar avec un barbecue à gaz, des haut-parleurs extérieurs connectés au système audio Sonos. Douche extérieure et salle de bain pour un accès facile pour nos clients.

Beautiful house! Best stocked kitchen of any I've stayed in. Beautiful view. There was construction going on next door, but they communicated with us about it ahead of time and there certainly wasn't anything else that they could have done. Lovely stay!

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Communication with Dawn and Kevin was great from start to finish, and the family had an incredible time on the island. The location is on the far side of the island from the ferry, so renting a golf cart is highly recommended. We will definitely be back, and this will be our first choice of plants too stay at.

Buena Vista is such an appropriate name!

This place was amazing. The view from all of the rooms is overlooking the water and towards Cancun. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of. The concierge and cleaning crew were all in and out and we never noticed as they made sure to come when we were out. It truly was a place I would recommend and would stay at again!

The place us beautiful. Attention to detail everywhere. The bedrooms were spacious with excellent bedding. The main living area was beautiful. The views are sweeping. Pool was a perfect temperature and exceptionally clean. There were plenty if extras in the pantry as well as an abundance of towels. Kevin the house manager was always readily available and the house keeper Lisett kept everything magazine ready. Make sure to schedule yourself time to just stay at the house and relax some while visiting the Island. This house sits on the best stretch of the island. I have been to Isla 39 times but the first time in Casa Buena Vista. I would highly recommend. Top notch home.

Our group of four couples loved Casa Buena Vista! It's a beautiful property with plenty of space for guests to enjoy all the amenities! Spacious bedrooms with equally beautiful views! The most amazing house on the island!

This has to be one of the most amazing houses we have ever stayed at. The view looking towards Cancun was amazing, as well as the house itself and the infinity pool. Working with the owner and the house manager was a true joy, and they accommodated us with attentiveness and professionalism. I cannot recommend this house enough.

40th birthday bash

This home is an absolute GEM! Ocean views are spectacular and the set up was perfect for our group. Each room with awesome ocean views. The host and concierge is top notch with attention to every detail. We felt so welcomed and hated to leave. Every vacation will be compared to this stay going forward.

AMAZING HOME, ANAZING VIEW

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed wah, wah! we enjoyed every minute. The home was impeccable, perfect location, and exceeded all our expectations. Make sure you take advantage of Dinnertainment by Javi. That was the cheery on the cake. Kevin, the property manager was priceless, he organized our golf cart delivery, our dinertainment experience, resevations at restaurants on North Beach, and was a total asset in introducing us to all the amazing features of the home. Can't wait to return.

One of the best homes on the island, by far. Beautiful and modern, with phenomenal views of varying colors of blue. Definitely will be back to stay at Casa Buena Vista. :)

Breath taking property!

Absolutely gorgeous! Even prettier in person. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached. House is impeccably clean. Kevan was the best house manager we have ever had!!! He checked in with us daily and arranged everything we could possibly desire.

Beautiful House, Amazing Views

This house is on a beautiful, quiet part of the island. There are still restaurants and bars close, but not a crowd. The view is incredible from every room. Very clean.
