The condo was beautiful and the space was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I could complain about was I don’t feel like there were enough bath towels for the number of people (5 adults and 2 small children) and the amount of time we stayed - 8 nights. Yes they could be washed but felt like we needed at least one more set per person. The master bedroom and bath was always a little warmer than the rest of the condo because the of the big bathroom window had no coverings you could close and btw don’t stand close to that window at night undressed because you can see in from the beach even though you were 15 floors up. The crab hunters can see you lol. The beach service was nothing more than the initial setup and was somewhat rude and not helpful at all. I know this has nothing to do with the host as they communicated and were helpful when I asked for towels for the kitchen or had questions. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Front Property

We stayed in this property with our business partners for a corporate get away. This beautiful condo was spacious and had everything we needed to relax, restore and refocus. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the Destin area.

1503 family vacation

Multi family vacation easily fit 10 with good amount of space. Did need a few extra blankets which would be the only thing needing some thought which for us was a simple fix of getting a blanket from Walmart. Beautiful views, good pool and the most comfortable master bed in the master bedroom. Loved it!!

Breathtaking view inside & out...

Stunning, elegant and breathtaking property... the penthouse indeed and much more! An annual vacation spot for our family and first time staying at this property. It was extremely accommodating and a must repeat with the kiddos! My husband and I spent a long Wedding Anniversary weekend and enjoyed the modern amenities in the property and a walk away to our beach. A must see for anyone, friends, family or just a romantic weekend!

Hi Tracy! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the penthouse and more importantly, had a fantastic Anniversary! The Emerald Towers penthouse makes you feel like royalty with its fun, beach-glam feel. If you're not already relaxing on the balcony, it's not hard to get spectacular views of the Gulf from inside. We hope that you bring the kids with you next time as well! The local area has so much to offer, not to mention the amenities. Hope to see you soon!

We loved our rental at Emerald Towers. There was plenty of space. It was so clean and initially stocked with essentials for our stay. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and it was a great size. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. We got to see sting rays migrating one morning. It was a beautiful site! One downside of the complex was that you have to rent the umbrellas and chairs. We called to check before we came and were told we could bring our own items. This was rather disappointing because with 6 kids it is hard to provide enough shade without spending a fortune reach day. The complex over (several 100 feet) provide a space where you can set up your own tents and umbrellas. It would be nice if Emerald Towers could move to this system for larger families like ours. This would be the one sticking point that may prevent us from coming back which is unfortunate because we absolutely loved our accommodations. They were perfect!

Hi Lisa! Thank you for the review and feedback. Unfortunately, the HOA's have their own set of rules we can't change but we do agree that that would make things much easier. We hope it doesn't stop you from coming back because we'd love to see you again!

The Campbell Family vacation.

I kept the penthouse a secret from my family. They thought we were staying in a regular two bedroom condo. When they walked through the door, their eyes opened wide and mouths dropped. It surpassed their expectations to say the least. Hands down the best place we have stayed in Destin. The only negative that kept me from giving a five star rating was that the jacuzzi in the master bath did not work. We called the property management team and informed them of the problem and they said someone would fix it usually within 24 hours. They never came 😢. Definitely, I would recommend the penthouse 1503 and Emerald Towers to anyone.

Stunning property. Breathtaking views of the Gulf

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. From the moment you walk in, you will see the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The condo is very spacious, extremely well kept & clean and decorated with such class. It is remarkably beautiful. You can tell that someone really took their time decorating this home and filling it with beautiful & comfortable furniture and artwork. I found the atomosphere to be very tranquil & welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom are just fantastic. The master bathroom is basically your own personal spa, that you just have to see to believe (includes a sauna!). We left very well rested, as each of the rooms have very comfortable mattresses & bedding. It is also worth mentioning that each of the spare rooms all have full bathrooms attached. Having the beach so close was a tremendous help with our young children & the pool is also very nice. We spent most of our days relaxing on the gorgeous beach & ultilizing the beach chairs, which was so helpful. We found the beautiful gourmet kitchen to be very handy when we prepared our meals (it was equipped with all the cooking essentials!). We also found that the location was prime for some really great restaurants. The use of this condo was very streamline and easy, perfect for a small group or family. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Our stay was just amazing, infact, we loved it so much, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Best Vacation Ever

Words can’t adequately describe how great this place is. For starters you get the million dollar view from the 15th floor of the whitest sand beaches and emerald green waters I’ve ever seen. The Unit itself is extremely clean and beyond luxurious. From the floor to ceiling windows everywhere, to the fully decked out master suite (with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach, steam shower and sauna) to the gourmet kitchen, and spacious open concept design; the Unit exceeded even our highest expectations. The spacious Unit was ideal for our family vacation with our 4 and 6 year old as the ample space made even our inside time stress free and enjoyable. In addition to the Unit, the resort facility had great common amenities. My 6 year old son was excited to see the large community pool with a 9’ deep end in which we spent countless hours. The resort facility also had a good size gym overlooking the beach and nice tennis courts on the north end to accommodate some active time. Last, but not least, is the huge white sand beach just steps away. We’ve been on numerous Caribbean vacations with great beaches but nothing compares to the sand in Destin. Walking in that sand was like walking on powder. We could not get enough of it. In fact, I would wake up at sunrise every morning to walk 6 miles on the beach before my kids would wake up just to soak it all in. The beaches are so large, we never felt crowed even on a holiday weekend. The emerald green water was great as well. My kids loved boogie boarding and mining for shells in the water (even finding a hermit crab in a small conch shell). From a practical perspective, the Unit is ideally located in Destin, being in close proximity to groceries, beach stores, Target and restaurants, with many being walkable. Also, on a day we needed a break from the beach, the kids loved going to the Go-Cart tracks and mini-golf courses down the block. All in all, it was the perfect family vacation. We are already planning our return trip next year.
