Ocean Front House sur la belle plage avec des vues à couper le souffle!

Casa Felice est un 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain entièrement meublé en bord de mer avec des vues spectaculaires. La maison peut accueillir 4 personnes. La maison est située à seulement 6 miles de Georgetown sur une belle plage de Tar Bay. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées avec des ventilateurs de plafond. Il y a un grand salon ouvert, salle à manger et coin cuisine entièrement équipé. Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un pont complet équipé de table, chaises et barbecue. Il y a aussi un pont meublé avec des chaises longues en face de la maison. Détendez-vous et profitez d'un verre de vin tout en admirant la beauté naturelle d'Exuma. Il existe plusieurs récifs coralliens situés à une distance de baignade en face de la maison. Apportez donc votre équipement de plongée ou votre tige, faites rouler et prenez le dîner. La maison est équipée de WiFi.

Beautiful house on the beach fishing was great right off the beach, super easy 6 min drive from the airport perfectly located for shopping and island fun!! Hosts were amazing and very accommodating for our honeymoon stay will be coming back definitely!!

What a wonderful home to stay in beachside! The place was extremely comfortable and well stocked. You can step onto the beach walk for 5 miles round trip and see about 5 people. Plenty of towels, seating and an amazing sunrise every day! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could ever need. Beth the owner was so pleasant to deal with and even checked in with us after a bad storm to make sure we survived . Great stay that we would highly recommend!

Pictures do not due Casa Felice justice! Breathtaking views, right on the water. Easy access down to beach. She has boards, kayak, floats and chairs available for you. Extremely friendly and always answered my questions fast and with so much detail. She gave us a lot of wonderful advice and places to go. Casa Felice was clean and in a great location, 5 mins from the airport. 100% would stay here again! Make sure you bring mosquito repellent as they are bad at night. We didn’t have any issues during the day, just after sunset.

What an amazing place! It really is right on the water. We started every day with coffee on the beach, and the close proximity let us come in and out of the gorgeous ocean whenever we liked! The house is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable! It was like having all of the convenience of being at home, except you get to be on the Exuma beach front! Wifi in the house was great as well. Truly an unforgettable experience!!!

Stayed 7 nights for honeymoon. House was amazing with great private beach in backyard with multiple kayak and paddle boards available! Stayed during October which is exuma “slow” period but most restaurants were open and you really wouldn’t have been able to tell without people telling you. Beth was great with accommodating groceries upon arrival and was easy to access if we needed her or housekeeper Wade at any point! Would 100% stay at this house again in the future

Breathtaking ocean-front location. Expansive front deck for lounging in the sun or shade, eating outside. Incredibly well-stocked, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. A friendly & responsive owner and awesome property manager. Casa Felice was this and more! Did I mention its location on Tar Bay, the ideal "in-between everything" on the island?While the beach is only steps away, care needs to be taken to navigate past the rocks to get to the water. If you took little kids, I'd definitely give them a hand to get safely past the rocks.Thank you, Beth and Wade, for a fabulous stay at Casa Felice. We'll be back!

Spectacular view!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is as described and pictured, and the views are amazing. The beach access comes and goes, but the beach is great when you can get to it!

Best beach house we have ever rented!!

Comfortable bed! The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, very centrally located! Amazing beach and view out front, and the beach was extremally private! We can't wait to go back.

Best house in Exuma!

This was our 4th trip to the island and the best house we've rented yet! Awesome location, fully stocked and BREATH TAKING views!!!! We are already planning out next trip and hope this house will be available again.

Fabulous week at Casa Felice

The house was fabulous and the exactly as described. We had a great week. The beach was perfect as well. The wind made the surf a little rough but also helped with keeping the bugs from being a problem. We explored more of the island on this trip and visited most every beach. Much thanks to Beth for her support and for Wade and his support during our stay.

Amazing Getaway

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. The view of the ocean from the living area and deck is stunning. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed walks on the beach - very beautiful area. We would love to return!

Truly a dream from start to finish. The house has the most incredible view with lush landscaping it’s gorgeous. House is just as pictured online. Host was a gem and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a magical spot and we will absolutely be back!

This place was exactly as the pictures show it to be. Extremely accurate. Right on the beach. Paddle boards, kayak, snorkeling equipment- everything we needed and an extremely well stocked house. Very private facing the beach. I rent w VRBO or like sites several times a year- Beth is the MOST responsive owner I’ve ever dealt with. Literally responding within 30 minutes or less almost every time. I’d highly recommend this place- we were a family of 4 adults- plenty of space(big kitchen living room area- wide open). Lots of space and great location. Central. It’s about 35 minutes either direction to get to Exuma Point(the one end of the island) and then about 35 minutes to get to the other end(Little Exuma). Highly recommend!

Stunning View

Amazing views from this property. The communication and response to needs was prompt and appreciated. Really enjoyed Exuma and being in this location. Casa Felice is right in the middle of it all. Perfect location for things easy or west on the island.

I’ve been fortunate to visit Exuma since 1974 with my family, and later, with my beloved husband Chris, whom I married in 2004 right here on Exuma. Together, we’ve created so many treasured memories on this beautiful island that will stay in our hearts forever.

Over the years, we've introduced countless friends and loved ones to the island’s beauty, and our passion for Exuma has only deepened. The breathtaking views, pristine beaches, and adventurous spirit keep them returning year after year — they often say, "Once is not enough."

Our family has come to cherish the warm people of Exuma and their rich traditions. Our home, built directly above the beach, offers spectacular vistas with ever-changing shades of Exuma blue, providing a constant reminder of the island’s serenity. Each day spent here offers a peaceful, scenic experience that instills a deep sense of calm and tranquility.

Our greatest desire is to share this slice of paradise with all who visit Exuma, inviting others to experience the same beauty and serenity we cherish so dearly.
