South Lake Tahoe- Calme, Quartier familial

C'est notre maison familiale située à Montgomery Estates of Pioneer Trail. Il a une grande cour entourant la maison qui est parfaite pour jouer, manger et divertir à l'extérieur. La maison est de 2200 pieds carrés avec le salon principal en bas et les chambres à l'étage. Il y a 3 salles de bain complÚtes (1 en bas et 2 à l'étage). La maison dispose d'un grand garage et de nombreux parkings sur place.
Il y a toutes sortes de sentiers de randonnĂ©e, de vĂ©lo et de jogging Ă  partir de la maison. Trout Creek accĂšs est Ă  2 maisons plus loin sur la colline. Vous pouvez atteindre la route Columbine / Powerline en allant Ă  gauche et les sentiers Golden Bear / Airport en allant Ă  droite (en traversant Pioneer Trail). Il y a aussi un sentier Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison qui traverse le sentier Marshall et qui vous mĂšnera Ă  l'Ă©cole Ă©lĂ©mentaire Sierra House. Notre maison est parfaite pour les familles visitant le lac Tahoe, ce n'est pas un week-end de cĂ©libataire ou une maison de fĂȘte.

Cozy Home

My family and friends stayed here. It was an easy check in process, and Ryan was readily available for any questions we had. The house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and was spacious for everyone who stayed there. This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again. It is in a perfect spot and is close to everything. We loved the creek that was 2 houses over and down the hill. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well.

Family vacation

The property/house was perfect for our family size. During one night over our nearly week long stay there were 13 of us and we fit comfortably. The house was very clean, it had everything you would want in a kitchen and a big tv room. It’s bigger in person. We played games at the large table and bbq’d a few dinners. We all had such a good time we hope this will become an annual event. Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with us.

Winter Getaway at South Lake Tahoe

Ryan’s home was the perfect spot for my friend group’s annual winter getaway at South Lake Tahoe! The location in proximity to everything that SLT had to offer was amazing. Our group had a great time hopping over to Heavenly for ski/snowboard or exploring SLT. The home had everything we needed to cook group meals and sleep everyone comfortably. The assortment of books in the house was fun to look through and the smart TV was all we needed for getting some tunes on. Having three full bathrooms was a great feature as well. We had 5 cars and were able to use the garage to park one without any issue, so we were all able to fit. The backyard looked super nice as well, though we did not use it much. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The only comment/improvement I have is if the hot tub was working during our stay, that would have been awesome. However it was not a big deal and we still had an amazing time.

Great place, Great location

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home for which the pictures did not do it justice. Everything was provided and the only thing we needed to bring was a large fan because of the warm evenings. Otherwise we were all very comfortable and it was a perfect location surrounded by woods and hiking trails.

Great Stay in South Lake Tahoe

I’ve been vacationing in Tahoe since I was a kid and have now been bringing my family to Tahoe every summer. We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The location is very convenient for marina access, shopping, Stateline, Heavenly, trails for biking or hiking, restaurants. The home is located in a small community off Pioneer Trail. Our family really enjoyed the home and the home looks even better in person. I think the family room TV was updated since the pictures were taken, it’s a big, smart tv. The property owner was very communicative to ensure we had a good stay and was quick to reply. Our family of four and grandma would stay here again!

PERFECT!

From the beginning, Ryan and his family were perfect hosts. The house was beautiful, clean, perfect location, and had all the amenities you could need. Ryan was prompt with his responses and made sure that if anything was needed, he was available (although not much was needed as his home had everything we could need). Big house, as proven By the five adults that stayed. We had more than enough living and sleeping space. The big yard provided the perfect venue for relaxing, and the jacuzzi was the perfect night cap to long days on the slopes. The neighborhood even offers a trail near the house, and we used it to go snow sledding (and it was perfect) without having to pay at one of the places in town. We received heavy snow during our stay, but by the time we got out and ready to leave the house, the road and driveways were already cleared. We later met the neighbor, Stacey, who had cleared the driveway. Stacey was awesome and carried on the great hospitality of this neighborhood. Stacey also was the one who allowed us to borrow his sleds for our snow sledding. Again, our group of friends could not be more happy with our stay, from beginning to end, it was perfect.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our time at the home for 11 days. It had more than enough space for us to continue working and remote learning in privacy. The wifi connection was amazing too! It was a short drive to the main parts of town, shops and grocery stores. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was really perfect the house had everything we could need and more. Comfortable beds for adults and kids, plenty of towels and a perfect kitchen. The kitchen had so much more than we'd need an it was nice to be able to make coffee several ways and be able to cook and bake easily. The kids had fun in the playroom and bedrooms and really enjoyed the large couch and TV setup. Also, the perfect EOD after skiing in the hot tub. Thank you so much!

Ski week

Our family and friends enjoyed our stay. The home was very conveniently located near Heavenly ski resort, the kids enjoyed playing in the snow outside, and the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered after a day on the slopes. Neighbors were also extremely friendly and allowed our children to sled down their hill. The home had everything we needed and there was sufficient space for all 10 family members. My only recommendation would be to update/replace mattresses in the guest bedroom and twin bunk beds. Kids complained twin beds were too firm and uncomfortable. Guest queen bed made lots of noise and sagged toward the middle. Aside from that, the stay was great and all guests had a wonderful time. As for the owner, Ryan was great. He responded quickly to questions and his home instructions were easy to follow. Thank you Ryan and family for a great stay. Your home is very cozy.

Great for families

This property was perfect, we stayed here with another family and it had everything we needed. Its in a great neighborhood lots of places to explore and walk around. The kids loved playing outside and even found some friends to play with. Ryan was very pleasant to work with and always answered any questions I had. I recommend 100%

Great Tahoe house!

Our family had a lovely stay here at Montgomery Estates. A quiet neighborhood and close to all ski hills and town. Communication with Ryan was excellent from start to finish. The house had all the fixing for our family to enjoy a few days at South Lake Tahoe. I would recommend this house most definitely.

Great location and great host

This house is a great location as it is very close to all the grocery stores as well as the main town. Ryan is an exceptional host. He was very accommodating and he provided everything that my family needed. All the rooms were very clean upon our arrival and the check in process was seamless. Overall I highly recommend choosing Ryan’s house as a place to stay when visiting Lake Tahoe

Great home for a young family

We stayed here with our four kids (ages 7, 5, 4, and 11 months) for ten days. The kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard as well. We even enjoyed taking a short family hike down to the stream right there in the neighborhood. We look forward to returning to this property.

Had a wonderful experience at Ryan's home in Tahoe and would love to visit again. The living area is spacious with a large tv and a wood stove, perfect for movies and games. The closeness to heavenly and to restaurants/shops while still being out of the way of the regular crowd is a plus too. 5/5 would recommend to friends and would stay again. Thanks Ryan!

We have lived in Tahoe for 10 years and have lived in this house for 8 of them. We are both UC Davis grads and have 2 sons ages 14 and 12. Tahoe is a great playground for all of our interests including running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, xc skiing, kayaking, hockey and soccer. We moved to Davis recently, but love to come back here. This is our home. We want to help make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.

We bought this home because of its curb appeal and because of its location.
Tahoe has always been a great home for our outdoor adventures. This house is a perfect home to rent for your family. It is large enough where everyone can have their own space, but small enough where you won't feel disconnected from the rest of your family. This property is located close to nature trails and is in a quiet environment. The yard is great for entertaining, kicking a soccer ball around or playing catch.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs area. Wood burning stove helps keep the downstairs area warm in the winter. The kitchen is a great spot for entertaining as well as being included on all the events taking place in the family room. The back patio area is a great area for eating outside.
