Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit, 18 'tuile sur la diagonale dans la cuisine, salon et salle Ă  manger, appareils en acier inoxydable, dosseret carrelage et joliment dĂ©corĂ©es dans un magnifique, Ă©lĂ©gance dĂ©contractĂ©e conçue par Norwalk Meubles. Cet appareil possĂšde moulures partout, carrelage (sauf chambres), des traitements de fenĂȘtre de concepteur et couettes, rideaux de douche et les oreillers et magnifique Ɠuvre d'art. Le grand salon est centrĂ© autour d'un Ă©lĂ©gant canapĂ© et une chaise et de belles piĂšces d'accent de meubles.

La chambre principale est trÚs chic avec des couleurs de luxe, un maßtre de bain avec baignoire à jets et designer lavabos en granit. Pour votre commodité, il ya un demi-bain secondaire avec un évier en granit!

Il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Linen washer smell

The broken washer was never replaced; owners did not ever come through with a new washer the six days I stayed. The quilts need washing and the broken washer smells, its guts were open with a screw diver on top of washer. Management was great. Not their fault. I love Crystal Sands. I never had an experience like this; if I could own one of these places it would be clean and always updated . Beach is beautiful as usual.

This is a beautiful condo that is beachfront and that is what we wanted. There is nothing like being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in minutes. No need to get in the car. It started to rain, no big deal, we walked up to the condo and watch the weather from the balcony and then head back down when it passed. It was wonderful and we will be back!

Perfect getaway 2025

Location was great! The condo was very clean and tidy. The view was amazing. Our 2nd floor balcony was a perfect place to take everything in. We will definitely go back. If you are considering Crystal Sands I give it a thumbs up.

Condo with ocean view

Great location, right on the beach. Condo comes fully equipped, also 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Very nice area with great restaurants close bye, Destin harborwalk and Destin Commens shopping district. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect location for a beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. The beach area is clean and quieter than other places we’ve stayed. The umbrella and chairs that are included in season are a huge plus!

Property was close to shopping and great restaurants. It was nice having beach service for the first few days we were there (season ended Oct 31). Very beautiful view! Not all guests are considerate of the quiet hours, but that isn’t reflected on the property owners. Sounded like a herd of elephants was above us until around midnight, then they quieted down. We still enjoyed the trip, we just go to bed around 10ish. Property was nice and stocked for what we needed. Owner was easy to contact and receptive to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quick get away. Condo is in a great location, close to some great restaurants. View of the gulf is amazing. Great stay and would definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing

This condo was amazing!! It was very clean. We will definitely stay here for now on. The view was amazing and it is right on the beach. I love that the chairs and umbrellas come with the rentals. You do have to get up every morning early and go mark your chairs as it is first come first serve but that was not a big deal. The bed could be a bit more comfortable it was a bit hard and the sofa bed was worse. Other then that this is a great place to stay.

Almost perfect

The condo was as described, however, nothing can be totally perfect. I don’t want to sound picky, but really need to check out the bedskirt it needs to be replaced or sewn. And need more shower hooks, some were missing. Anyone staying definitely needs to bring their own kitchen towels, there was one. No egg turner, I used a fork. But the worst thing is the quality of the toilet paper. Definitely bring your own. I have never seen such thin paper. But we enjoyed our stay, the water was crystal clear and clean.

Location location & views!

Definitely became our new favorite place to stay!! Walk along the sidewalk or just down the beach to one of the best restaraunts in town, the back porch! I loved the convenience of being half a mile from walmart and across the street from kid friendly attractions! The owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with! The condo was well kept and equipped with what we needed for our stay. The beauty from the balcony is absolutely the cherry on top!! Thank you for hosting us, our family hopes to come back soon!

We purchased this beautiful condo in Nov, 2006. It has a great view of the Beach, but we immediately remodeled it with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, new tile and carpet, crown molding, new light fixtures and faucets and new sinks in the baths! We also updated the bedding and custon drapes for the living room. The condo is not decorated in your typical 'beach' theme which folks tell me they are very tired of. I have a great cleaning person and a great maintenance person! Jerry and I are retired but I manage my 3 condos in Destin and some local properties as well. We keep busy! We have one daughter and Son in Law, Jennifer and Henry, and 3 grand kids and one step grand kid (Haylea is 14, Jack is 7, Baby Henry is a few days old and Katie is 14)
