Un petit coin de paradis à Parks, AZ

Profitez de ce cadre paisible et idyllique de Parks, en Arizona, pour vous déconnecter de la course des rats, retrouver la nature et redynamiser votre âme. La propriété est reliée à la forêt nationale de Kaibab. Les chevreuils, les wapitis, les chouettes et bien d'autres créatures sont des visiteurs fréquents. Les sentiers de randonnée à proximité permettent une agréable promenade dans l'après-midi. Après le dîner, installez-vous sur notre grande terrasse et profitez du coucher de soleil sur les sommets des montagnes. Quand le soleil se couche, dirigez-vous parmi les majestueuses ponderosas pour observer toutes les étoiles du ciel.

Notre propriété est à l'entrée de ce quartier très calme et paisible. Les voisins sont super sympas et tout le monde a au moins 2 acres, donc personne n’est particulièrement proche. Il y a deux petits magasins de proximité et une station-service à 10 km de la place, juste à la sortie de l'autoroute 40.

Vous aurez la course de l'endroit pendant que vous êtes là, à l'exception du garage. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen size, la cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires, à l'exception d'un lave-vaisselle, et est entièrement équipée avec tous les délicieux condiments dont vous avez besoin. Il y a une cheminée dans le salon qui vous gardera au chaud lors des nuits fraîches, et nous avons une immense terrasse à l'avant où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de quelques boissons pour adultes. Il y a une petite maison d'hôtes sur la propriété avec électricité pouvant accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Vous auriez besoin de fournir un matelas pneumatique ou un berceau et il n’ya pas de chaleur, mais il est assez confortable en été.

Même si vous avez l’impression que vous êtes à un million de kilomètres de la civilisation, nous sommes proches de l’action ici dans le nord de l’Afrique de l’Ouest:

- 45 minutes de l'Arizona Snowbowl
- 60 minutes de Sedona
- 60 minutes du Grand Canyon
- Et si vous vous sentez vif, nous sommes à seulement 3, 5 heures de Las Vegas

The cabin is comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a great stay. My son and I spent a very memorable week here as dad and son. The location is really ideal for many area attractions - Sedona, Flagstaff, nearby trails and wilderness, Route 66, and much more. The area is really beautiful and quiet. The host was great, and answered any questions quickly. Five stars - and we are definitely coming back!

Great family getaway

Perfect cabin to escape to. My two kids (5 & 2) absolutely loved this place. We went to Bearzonia and the deer farm one day, which were fantastic. We got to hike in the woods, sit by the fire and just slow down. We even got to enjoy the first snow of the season!

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but Arizona has been home since 2001. I’m a laid-back guy who loves travel, music, sports, the outdoors, hiking, camping, playing guitar, yoga, craft beer, brewing beer, and finding a great local brewery whenever I can.

My wife and I originally bought this cabin as a second home, and it quickly became one of our favorite places to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy Northern Arizona. Eventually, we decided it was too special not to share.
We love giving guests the chance to experience the same peace, quiet, wildlife, stargazing, and mountain air that made us fall in love with the property in the first place.

Over the years, we’ve hosted hundreds of travelers, couples, and families, and we’re always grateful when guests tell us how much they enjoyed the cabin, the setting, and this beautiful part of Arizona.

As hosts, we care about making the stay feel easy, comfortable, and peaceful. We’re responsive if guests need anything, happy to share local recommendations, and respectful of your privacy once you arrive.

Our goal is simple: give you a clean, comfortable, well-cared-for cabin where you can explore all day, exhale all night, and make some great memories along the way.

We chose this area because it gave us exactly what we were looking for: peace, quiet, fresh mountain air, and a real break from the fast pace of everyday life.

The first thing we loved was the feeling. You step out of the car, breathe in the ponderosa pines, hear the quiet, and it almost feels like life slows down a notch. After busy weeks, packed schedules, and constant noise, this place felt like a reset button.

We also loved the balance of the location. The cabin feels tucked away in nature, with 2.25 private acres and the Kaibab National Forest bordering the property on two sides. You get wildlife, stars, forest, mountain air, and room to breathe.

But you’re not stranded.

Flagstaff and Williams are both about 25 minutes away, so you still have access to restaurants, groceries, breweries, Route 66, small-town charm, and everything you might need during your stay.

It’s also a great home base for exploring Northern Arizona. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Bearizona, Lowell Observatory, hiking trails, scenic drives, and historic Route 66 are all within reach.

That combination is what made us fall in love with the neighborhood: peaceful enough to truly unwind, but close enough to make adventure easy.

You get the peaceful, tucked-away feeling of a true forest cabin — 2.25 private acres, Kaibab National Forest bordering the property on two sides, frequent wildlife, big starry skies, and the kind of quiet that helps you exhale almost immediately.

But you’re still close to the places people come to Northern Arizona to experience.

Flagstaff and Williams are both about 25 minutes away, so restaurants, groceries, breweries, Route 66, and small-town exploring are all within easy reach. The South Rim of the Grand Canyon and Sedona are both about 60 minutes away, and Arizona Snowbowl is about 45 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, scenic chairlift rides, and mountain adventure.

The cabin itself is also set up to make the stay feel easy: a huge deck, outdoor dining, fireplace, high-speed Starlink WiFi, smart TV, washer/dryer, Pack ’n Play, games, and a fully stocked kitchen with just about everything you need to cook, snack, sip, and settle in.

Then there are the moments you cannot really manufacture: deer or elk wandering by during coffee, kids spotting squirrels from the deck, the sky lighting up with stars, or everyone finally slowing down after a full day of exploring.

That’s the sweet spot here.
