This place is very nice. I loved how quiet and peaceful it is. Joe is a great host and has some really good information about the area. This place is like going back home where you felt safe with clean air and real friends and family. I will look forward to returning soon.

This loft needed better cleaning. I actually cleaned myself while there. I have stayed at this property before and it is very beautiful. The hosts live on premise and are very nice

Everything was incredible. The property was beautiful. It’s so nice and peaceful there. We paid to ride the horses and we had an amazing time on the ride with Joe. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!

What a treat to have stayed at the loft. As other guests have mentioned, it’s a very beautiful, peaceful, and idyllic place surrounded by ponderosa pine and aspen trees. The private unit was much bigger than I had expected, clean, and the décor felt very warm and welcoming. It’s quite cold after the sun sets in northern Arizona and the working wood burning stove was one of the highlights (for me). Especially with all the chopped wood stacked & ready when I arrived late in the afternoon for check in. The bed was extremely comfortable and heated which made me feel very spoiled!Joe, the owner, is very friendly and inviting when I arrived after a long drive. I also went horseback riding and he’s a great tour guide—very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. I only wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you Joe & Barbara for being such wonderful hosts!

Joe is a very welcoming host. The loft was very clean and we immediately loved the area, the atmosphere, the property, the conveniences, everything. There is a fireplace.Pet friendly and our dog loved exploring their property.Joe was available for questions and any help with anything that might come up.Location is not very far from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.Buy your gas at the gas station at exit 178. Very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.At the loft there is wi-fi available.Full functioning kitchen and has a Kiereg coffee maker as well.Well worth the money and we were and are very happy with our stay.The Thompsons

This was the perfect place located right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The property was beautiful with all the pine trees. House was nice…wood burning stove kept us warm. On a clear night the sky is speckled with stars. Joe and Barbara are wonderful hosts with lots of recommendations for things to do and where to eat! She told us exactly where to go for real Navajo turquoise jewelry. Easy drive to Williams, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. No cell service on site, but we didn’t miss it! Great place…highly recommend!

Just what the doctor ordered. Sweet serene large loft with plenty of room for my family of 4. The Hosts were beyond amazing. The quietness and all the animals on the property were our highlights.

Great stay! Wish we could've stayed longer

What a great place to stay! Off the main road by a bit, and juuuust out of cell phone range, this is a great spot to kick back and chill after a long day at the grand canyon or any other local attractions. Joe was a great host, double checking that the wood stove worked well. We would definitely book here again.
