Eastport Cottage avec Waterview - À quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Annapolis et de USNA

EntiÚrement rénové au niveau de la rue 1 appartement d'une chambre avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Parfait pour un voyageur seul ou un couple, notre appartement 1 lit / 1 salle de bain est le premier étage d'un charmant cottage Eastport. Le locataire du deuxiÚme étage a une entrée séparée à l'arriÚre de la maison. En face de l'eau, la maison a un porche, un salon, une cuisine, une chambre et une salle de bain. Wifi, télévision par cùble, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse et draps inclus. Nous sommes à 800 mÚtres du pont Eastport dans le centre-ville d'Annapolis et à quelques pas de tous les restaurants d'Eastport. Il y a 8 restaurants à moins de 4 pùtés de maisons du chalet.
Cottage comprend une chambre avec lit queen, salle de bain moderne avec douche à l'italienne et sÚche-cheveux, cuisine avec grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et four, cafetiÚre utilisant des tasses K ou du café moulu

Our stay was very nice. The home was clean and there were plenty of restaurants within a mile walk including across the bridge. This was my first time in Annapolis area and everything was very beautiful. The check in process was excellent and the host included everything in the initial message before check in that we needed.

Great location being walkable to Eastport restaurants and downtown Annapolis. The location was also great because it was far enough away from Annapolis to be relatively quiet. The space was clean and well maintained.

Super Cute and Comfy Spot in Eastport! We really enjoy the cottage. It was perfect for my husband and me. We came in to town for the weekend to enjoy the MD Renn Fest and to enjoy Annapolis. The cottage was an easy drive from the faire and an easy walk to Annapolis. We appreciated that David's Pub was basically next door on the night of our arrival because it was a quick and tasty dinner. The house was easy to find, parking was a breeze, and our host was lovely .Thanks for letting us stay!

Baby Boom Getaway

This location was beautiful, quiet, and lovely. It was our last vacation before the baby gets here. We were so relaxed and close to everything. We will be back. Eastport is the best :)

Annapolis Gem

This is a wonderful place to stay! Great restaurants nearby. Little bar on the next corner but, no noise from it at all. A little too far for us to walk to Main St. but, probably not a problem for younger people. We loved this property!

Location, location, location

Don’t let the outside facade photo fool you. This is a wonderful spot with a water/marina view from the front windows. I hope stay again.

Very nice place; not as walkable as hoped

The property was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was that it was not as walkable as I had hoped, which is not a fault of the property, as long as you’re more familiar with distances than I was. Lovely property.

We adores this place across from a private marina and close to all the amenities of Eastport and close to DTA. Just the right size for two people.

Eastport Land Base

This was a perfect place to "dry dock" my wife and me while I had work done on my boat that I always like to bring down from Upper Bay to Annapolis to have things done right. Meticulously laid out and well-kept, clean, all amenities provided and well looked after and convenient to everything in Eastport as well as an easy walk over the bridge to the bustle of City Dock happenings. Only recommendation I have is to have the ductless AC unit in the living room serviced. Even allowing for the heat wave, the unit couldn't get the front area of the house as comfortable as the same unit installed in the back bedroom area. Thanks again for a nice stay!

Perfect Eastport getaway!

This is now our favorite spot to stay in Eastport! Beautifully redone and cozy. The location was perfect with nice views sitting on the front porch in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Walked or biked everywhere and just left the car parked. Host was extremely responsive; when notified of a minor issue she responded within the hour and fixed it!

Super clean!

The property is super clean. Spotless i would say. Perfect space for a couple. 25 min walk to downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. So nice to sit outfront amd watch the people walk by (everyone is walking to yhe local bar on the corner!) everyone who walks by is super friendly went to the bar on the corner...has good food and drinks... Crowded! It rained the weekend we were there..wish the deck had an awning. You can hear the occupant walking upstairs thats the only downside. Everything else was perfect! Just the relaxing weekend i needed!

FRONT PORCH DELIGHT

the Porch is really fun- we got to meet so many Dogs as they walk by- and there is a Local Bar " 1940" opening i believe 100 yards away - how fun they have good Pub food and a good vibe!!

Clean Convenient Location

Clean and Convenient to Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. No fluff but very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to set a comfortable temperature. The marina is right across the street. There are good restaurants and a bakery in walking distance from the house.
