Pristine Downtown 1-Bedroom Steps from State House

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Annapolis's historic district, steps away from the Maryland State House and a few minutes walk to the Naval Academy (6 mins), downtown waterfront (4 mins), shops on Maryland Ave (2 mins), and West Street (7 mins).

This is a historic home built by Eleanor Hepburn, the cousin of actress Katharine Hepburn. Look out for the "EH" on the door.

It has been newly renovated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay!

One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a comfortable full bed, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms include darkening shades.

This apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. Limited street parking permits are available on request.
Please know that there is some noise in the area during the day as we are located right in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.

A sweet and cozy set up in the heart of downtown. Very thoughtfully appointed and a brilliant use of small space. Was reminded of places in Europe. One of the best, most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had with VRBO. We plan to come up Annapolis more often in the future and will Definitely be looking to stay at this property again! This is our second stay with Oby and Andrew and we will certainly be returning. Perfect location in the heart of the down town district. Steps to many amazing restaurants and also to the Annapolis City Dock to grab a water taxi or tour. Small place perfect for the 2 of us. Kitchen was perfect for snacks and light meals (gas stove and microwave). And essentials (that I forgot when we went food shopping) such as oil, salt and pepper were at the ready. We really love this quaint little place and we can't wait to return.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location!

Had a wonderful stay in Annapolis. This place was super clean and super well appointed! Owners had everything well organized and labeled, and were great with communication. The best part was the location - so easy to walk to all that Annapolis has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's not large but Oby and Andrew put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable destination for our weekend getaway. Best part was we parked the car when we arrived and did not move it again until we departed. Oby and Andrew were very pleasant to deal with and provided great responses to our questions about the area.

Our family loved having this as a short-term rental to visit our midshipman and give him the ability to relax off campus. The owners were communicative and amazing to work with for the entire 3 months! Would absolutely stay here again.

Annapolis Apartment

We had never visited Annapolis before, but my husband found this on VRBO, and it was everything it advertised. Super central location; steps from the state house; a very short walk to the waterfront; and not a terribly long walk to the Eastport neighborhood. The apartment is small but comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice touches like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and two splits of chilled prosecco in the fridge! Annapolis was a fun town to explore and if we go back, I’d stay here again.

Superb Property

This property is in a great location, was spotless clean, and we had a great stay. Unload the car, park it at the Hillman garage, and walk everywhere. We will keep this property on our list for the next time we stay in Annapolis.

Awesome location, updated, and clean

The location is amazing. Tons of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The apartment was fully updated and clean. The towels are super fluffy!

Pristine Annapolis VRBO

The pictures don't do it Justice. Fine details, spacious, comfortable, most accommodating VRBO EVER for us. Great location. Owners are so nice, informative and take pride in their property. Very serene, comfortable and cozy. Hope to stay there every time we are visiting Annapolis. Close to everything. Able to walk to everything Annapolis had to offer.

Perfect Annapolis spot for a couple's weekend getaway

The place was immaculate. It is small, but the space utilization is amazing. It doesn't feel small at all. It is just steps from a dining, drinking, boating, shopping. There was a lot of attention to detail and I would love to stay there another weekend.

Cute spot in a great location

The one bedroom apartment was just as advertised with cute, modern decor. Any convenience you could need was provided. The space is small but its all we needed for just me and my partner. Shops and the harbor are all in walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and were always quick to respond to messages.
