Appartement neuf spacieux et très confortable. Meublé avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale avec une commode, une deuxième et une troisième chambre avec deux (2) lits superposés, les deux avec un placard complet, pouvant accueillir 4 enfants (ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans chaque chambre. Toutes les chambres ont A / C et ont des placards pleine taille, un balcon spacieux, une cuisine avec tous les équipements en acier inoxydable, micro, laveuse / sécheuse, téléviseur, DVD, système de musique.

Peña Mar Ocean Club est un complexe bien sécurisé avec sécurité 24h / 24. Le développement a trois piscines, 1 piscine pour enfants, 1 court de tennis, un terrain de basket, un jacuzzi, une piste de marche et une salle d'exercice avec sauna, aire de jeux et club-house. La vue depuis le balcon est spectaculaire, vous pouvez voir Villa Marina, Palomino, les îles Palominito et par temps clair, vous pouvez voir Culebra et St. Thomas. Accès à l'appartement sans escalier du tout, places de parking pour 2 voitures, complexe fermé

Le complexe est très sûr avec 24 heures de sécurité et entrée fermée. Les excursions de plongée en apnée sont à 1 minute (à la marina que vous voyez depuis le pont); Playa Seven Seas est une belle plage peu fréquentée; une réserve naturelle avec visites guidées est à 5 min; et El Yunque Caribbean National Forest est à 20 min. L'épicerie est à 2 min. En outre, vous pouvez prendre un ferry (à 5 minutes) ou un avion sur l'aéroport local pour visiter les îles Culebra et Vieques. El Conquistador Resort et le parcours de golf sont à 3 minutes. À distance de marche des marinas où vous pouvez faire une journée de navigation vers Icacos, Palominos, Ramos, entre autres îles. San Juan est à seulement une heure

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and engaged throughout our visit, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more special. We had the most amazing stay at Carlos’s place! From the moment we arrived, Carlos and his wife went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was smooth and stress-free. They even brought down a cart to help us get our things into the condo, which was such a thoughtful touch.The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But the view was truly the highlight! We have stayed at Peña del Mar four times, and the view from this condo was, by far, the best we’ve experienced. Sitting on the porch overlooking the marina and the ocean was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special.Carlos was also incredibly helpful and provided recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and other things to explore. We were already familiar with the area, so we didn’t need much assistance, but it was reassuring to know he was available if we needed anything. He even checked in during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.It’s clear that Carlos takes great pride in making his guests feel welcome and cared for. We truly felt like we were staying in a home away from home.We will definitely be staying here again! If you’re planning a trip to Fajardo and looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable place with an amazing view and a wonderful host, we highly recommend Carlos’s place. You won’t be disappointed!

We recently stayed at Carlos’ place and had a fantastic time. Everything was in working order, the unit was clean, was extremely comfortable, and the views were stunning.Great food and beaches nearby.We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Stayed 2 nights with 6 people and it was a very nice stay. Carlos is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a nice time. My son enjoyed the pools and it's a close location to Walmart and places to eat if you have a car. Plenty big enough to accommodate even more than 6 people. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about just how wonderful our stay was in this beautiful condo. The view, location, and amenities were outstanding. I was also very impressed with the host, always making sure we had everything we needed and were happy. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful! Spacious and comfortable with everything you need, including beach equipment. The balcony and the views are amazing, hands down my favorite part of the trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

First, I must say that Carlos is an excellent host! Always available for questions and amazingly friendly. This place is a great value, very affordable and a great spot to explore the Fajardo area. The balcony views are amazing and we enjoyed sitting out each night after our busy days. The condo has definitely been used a lot, but still nice and the minor spots of wear here and there didn't bother us. Perhaps the kitchen cabinets, etc could use a little scrubbing but we generally just slept here and didn't cook. The pools at this property are very nice, especially enjoyed the one with the water slide although the hours for that seem unpredictable.The lock box for entry is difficult to use, but a call to Carlos and he helped me through it immediately so no down time at all. Perhaps a new lockbox would help.In summary, would 100% stay here again, great launching spot for the east end of PR! Thanks again, Carlos!

Convenient, clean, lots of room

Property has a great view of the Ocean and of Fajardo in general, very pretty. Apartment is clean, lots of room, very secure, great amenities, would recommend for a family. Host was very helpful and made the experience very simple.

Fajardo is a gem

We came here to visit the Bio Bay but realized there was plenty to see in the area. It was great to have space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building was quiet and we even had time to swim in the pool. Carlos was very prompt and helpful. Check in and out was easy.

The room was very clean, the view was amazing from the balcony, the pool and hot tub were very cold. The host did not leave the contract with the gate attendant and took almost 2 hours to get into the condo. I reported that the refrigerator was leaking and host didn’t send anyone out to fix it. The second bathroom the faucet was loose.

Miriam I greatly appreciate your stay at Penamar but I am very sorry about the inconvenient at the entrance with the security guard, I do not know what happened because every time a guest is going to stay we have to send all the documents to the administrator's office 24 hours before the guest arrives at Penamar, otherwise we have to pay a fine, which I have not had to pay until now. Next time say to security guard to call me or if you had called me at that time your entry would have been immediate. Regarding the leak at the dispenser of the front door of the refig. when you try to get water, I refunded you $ 50 because I knew it was difficult to find a technitian to fix it during your stay because unfortunately from December 24 to Jan 6, Puerto Rico is on "vacation mode" and the technitian who could have fixed it was sick with the flu and didn't want to infect you. On January 8th the leak and the and the bathroom faucet were fixed. Sorry for the inconvenient and we are here to serve you.

Location is good, the place was clean and it's gated. Host communication is easy and friendly. We had some electrical issues from a previous storm, and I just did not want to deal with getting them fixed (this is vacation and I do that at home) so we just did without TV. I think the hot tub should be removed as a feature. It is never hot and jets not on. No fault of the host, but you get your hopes set on relaxing the muscles on vacation and it's not going to happen, in that lukewarm, bath water (hot tub). Pools are good! I would suggest putting all food, bread and all, in the fridge. Ants got in my French baguette before we got a chance to use it. They don't come out unless there is food out. Easy access to grocery store and beaches to the north. Lovely outside area and place to hang wet clothes. It's good to have a washer and dryer, too. Staff at the gate are all super kind!

Fun In Fajardo

This property was everything it was advertised, room for all seven of us. The master bedroom and bath was separated from the other bath and bedrooms,...for those that snore!!!. The expansive outdoor balcony made for another dining area when the weather was good, and during our stay, if we dined in, it was on the balcony. Parking for two vehicles,...awesome! A perfect location, for a larger Family or a group of Friends, to hub out of ,while exploring the eastern part of the Island. We would definitely return!Steve & Family

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Carlos’ condo for our kids’ first overseas trip. Great place with fresh renovations, beautiful views, and of course the great pools. Carlos was a very responsive host and made sure that every issue noted by a previous reviewer had been addressed. He even had some tasteful holiday decorations and candles around since we were there over Christmas holiday. He was very interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had no troubles throughout. Would definitely recommend and our family would definitely return again. Thank you, Carlos!

Great place and location~ close to the Marina~small inconvenience

We enjoyed our stay but had some inconvenience when host was not able to provide code/location for lock box. Waited outside the door for 4 hours with our belongings until I was able to get VRBO to help us and they offered a $400 voucher for 4 night which for local rates was not enough for our stay. Finally, host sent us a text and call and informed us of the miscommunication saying that he contacted us to WhatsApp which was never mentioned in initial contact. Finally, we were able to access our place and enjoyed location, lay out of the condo as well as access to the marina for our catamaran excursion. Host offered a monetary day compensation for inconvenience!!! PR people are nice and accommodating. We will be back!!!!

Not worth it!

The property was totally dark when we came in, unable to turn any lights. Switches that did not produce any light or did not work, windows blocked by hurricane shutters, etc. Upon arrival, the property had a funky smell, it felt humid and hot... at least the A/C should have been left running to avoid discomfort. Presentation is a ZERO. Closet doors in the kitchen/laundry are open and inoperable. The overall look at the house was dirty. Cushions were dirty, stained, smelly, not inviting. The fridge developed some moisture in the outside of the door. Presence of mold was not only found but it was visible. ALL the ceiling fans are in the same frequency, therefore, you turn one one and ALL of them turn on... you turn the light on in the living room and the light in the master comes up, this is very inconvenient. The drawers in the dresser (master bed) have mold, smell so bad, unable to use them to store my close. While taking a shower, I soon realized that you either burn your skin as the water is beyond hot or you simply had to put up with cold, I mean, COLD water... there is not middle ground here for a "warm" shower. Extra towels would've been appreciated, just a single set. The living room is super hot. Sliding doors didn't lock. They slide harder than usual and sounds in need of grease or repair. This place is definitely not worth what I paid for.

It is unfortunate that you decided to share it publicly, but I am happy to share (not only with you, but with all my future guests) that now most (if not all) your concerns have already been addressed, to the point that now both bathrooms have been nicely remodeled, and the apartment looks (and feels) amazing. Carlos was a great host. The communication and the promptness in his responses was amazing. The apartment was exactly as described, no issues, the kids enjoyed the pools that stay open until 10pm. The only issue was security. They only have one security guard at a time so if you want to come in when they r making their rounds expect at least a 20 minute wait to get in. Even with that, If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacations !!!

Pasamos un fin de Semana Espectacular. Peña Mar es un lugar hermoso. El apartamento estaba precioso, súper limpio, espacioso y con una vista increíble. Necesitábamos desconectarnos y recargar baterías y lo logramos.
