Appartement spacieux et très confortable. Meublée avec un lit Queen dans la chambre principale avec une commode et une télévision LCD de 32 ', une deuxième chambre avec un lit complet, une commode et une télévision 32'LCD-Sony avec un placard complet peut accueillir 3 enfants (ou 2 adultes et 1 enfant), toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation et de grands placards. Balcon spacieux, cuisine avec tous les équipements en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse, téléviseur 46 'avec système de cinéma maison (DVD et système de musique)
Peña Mar Ocean Club est un complexe bien sécurisé avec 24 heures de sécurité. Le développement a trois piscines + 1 piscine pour enfants, 1 court de tennis, un terrain de basket, un jacuzzi, une piste de marche, une salle de sport, une aire de jeux et un club-house. La vue depuis le balcon est spectaculaire. Vous pouvez voir Villa Marina, Palomino, les îles Palominito et par temps clair, vous pouvez voir Culebra et St. Thomas.
Accès à l'appartement avec ascenseurs ou escaliers, places de parking pour 2 voitures, complexe fermé.


Le complexe est très sûr avec 24 heures de sécurité et entrée fermée. Voyages plongée en apnée sont à 1 minute (à la marina vous voir à partir du pont); Playa Seven Seas est une belle et peu fréquentée plage; une réserve naturelle avec des visites guidées / est à 5 minutes; et El Yunque Caribbean National Forest est à 20 minutes. Courses est de 2 mn. En outre, vous pouvez prendre un ferry (5 minutes) ou un avion sur l'aéroport local pour visiter Culebra et Vieques îles. El Conquistador Resort et le golf sont à 3 minutes. À distance de marche Marinas où vous pouvez aller pour une journée en mer à Icacos, Palominos, Ramos parmi les autres îles. San Juan est à seulement une heure

Wonderful Vacation Stay

My family had a wonderful stay in the condo. We had plenty of space to spread out. Our girls enjoyed the pools on property. We always felt very safe with the gated entrance and security. The property and condo were very clean and we felt very at home. Grisselle was very attentive and the communication was great. We hope to visit again!

Overall experience was great. Perfect private location by the beach. Near the marina and access to get to the Island of Vieques and Culebra. The place had all we needed and some to feel at home.

Close to everything

We loved this apartment and its proximity to a lot of the activities we did. The view is beautiful and the we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The condo has a lot of towels that you can take to the pool or beach and laundry in the condo.

Can’t wait to return!

This apt was all you could need for your beach vacation, or if you just need some rest and relaxation. Spacious, comfortable, everything you need! Our host Griselle was communicative and fantastic to work with. She addressed all our needs and concerns on the spot! Great pools, gym, great location. The apt has all you need to make your stay perfect. Close to supermarket, marina and great places to eat!

Large and equipped

The condo that we stayed in is very large and located in a beautiful area. We felt safe the entire time and that is a big deal when I’m in a foreign location. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were bath towels and beach towels as well as toys for a little ones to play with. The owner was quick to respond. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The view was nice and we were close to the beach. Shopping near by was convenient. The property itself could use upgrades ex: showers are a bit dated. Didn't like waiting on security to get in every time. Sometimes they weren't at the gate. Should upgrade to electronic entry. Also no visits from friends or family was too harsh. My visitors were turned away. But overall nice place.

Great place

It was a great rental for our family. Close to everything that we wanted to do. Checking in was a little difficult because the security at the gate wanted to know which apartment we were staying in. Which host never supplied, we tried to call the host but no answer. Luckily the security was very helpful and found our apartment number for us. The apartment had a lot of essentials (towels, kitchen like pots and pans)but wished it had a hair dryer. Otherwise the rental was great and would rent again if we come back!!! I would give it a 4.9 stars for no hair dryer.

Condo in Fajardo - great location and awesome complex

I reserved this condo among many others listed in the same complex of Pena Mar. The complex itself is very convenient and very well maintained. The complex is also very secure and safe. My condo itself was a good value for what we got. One of the difficulties was communicating with the owner. Everything worked out well but it was not easy to get what I felt comfortable with in respect to keys on arrival etc. As for the condo, it was spacious. The balcony was our focal point for the trip and we spent most of our time out there. The views were great. The issues I had were with the quality of the bedding, beds and towels. Cheap in quality and not very comfortable. Also, the condo needed a good cleaning or repainting. The fixtures in the unit were bare bulbs with the exception of the rooms with ceiling fans. All in all, I would book in this complex in the future.

Location Location Location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries. The location is very central to many activities, the bioluminescent bay, ferries to Culebra/Cirques, Luqillo etc. The property was clean and very secure. Our children loved the infinity pool. The other pools needed some cleaning. As for the apartment itself the views are beautiful. There are many extras in the apartment like fishing poles, beach cooler & chairs, toys, beach/pool toys. Unfortunately, some of the basics that I would like were not available, especially in the kitchen area. There was no salt, pepper, sugar. The coffee maker and other appliances were very dated. The coffee maker had a carafe that was for a different type of coffee maker and we had to press the value in the carafe manually to make it work. The bathrooms and towels need updating and the mattresses need replacing. All in all a pretty good value for the price

Family vacay

The condo was amazing, enough room for all of us and then some, very spacious balcony you can see the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other, right on the marina but a quick drive to the main road and all the stores needed. Luquillo beach less than 10 min away. Would def stay here again. Thank you!!
