Wonderful and easy experience

We were very impressed with this property! The suite was as described and the property manager was exceptionally responsive. Everything was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still quiet and peaceful for relaxing in the evenings.Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, even leaving a few special touches that made our stay extra memorable. ODU Move In

I needed a place to stay while I helped my daughter move in. This is the third time I have stayed at this property. A very safe and quiet neighborhood to stay at. The room is always clean and we are provided with towels and other toiletries. There are a variety of places to eat nearby.

Extremely enjoyable stay!

This room was exactly as described and perfect for my husband and I for a weekend in Virginia. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and and also the room size. It was large enough to move around and have our own space if needed. The instructions for the property were spot on. Appreciated that the fridge was larger than a traditional hotel fridge and the kitchenette was the perfect size to make items on site. We will definitely stay here for our future visits.

Beautiful neighborhood, very friendly surroundings. Host lives in his, but it was very quiet, which we appreciated. Home and room were beautiful. Only thing I'd point out is perhaps investing in a replacement shower head. Would be good to have a few more coffee pods and creamer available (we are coffee freaks!). Overall 5 stars, the host was more than gracious and accommodating. Would recommend. Would stay again. Thank you.

A delightful getaway

The place was very clean and spacious. Every place we wished to see was within a reasonable driving distance. The instructions to get in to our rental were very clear which made the process so much easier after our long drive. The owner checked in to see if the room met our expectations and assured us we could contact her if we needed anything. We hope to return again sometime. Pleased VRBO first timer!!!!

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. I was so pleased with the ease of which I could get into the suite. This is a perfect quiet location for one or two people, as this is in all actuality an In-Law suite. Separate entrance into the suite made for a very enjoyable experience for myself and my medium size dog. I chose this property because of the fenced yard that is accessable from the suite. My puppy could stretch her legs in the morning and evenings. There is also a nice sitting area outside, but it was cold so I didn't get to do that much. Thank you for making this a great first experience.

Walls were paper thin...heard the hosts arguing and cussing. Pictures were deceptive to the size of the room No privacy. They should explain to potential renters that they have preteen children and a dog and a early rising rooster...lol. .we had no problem with that ourselves but others might need to know this. Description says access to an outdoor grill but the welcome book states you need to provide your own propane

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bedroom suite and bathroom were both spacious and very nice. The kitchen was very small but usable especially since I wasn’t doing much cooking anyway. It did only have two large plates though which was a problem the night my daughter and her boyfriend came over for dinner. They did supply paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap. I would definitely stay here again!
