Stayed for a couple days while visiting for a concert, Was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Was even able to check in early, and the host is easy to communicate with.

The place was very true to the description and the host was extremely kind and responsive. only issue was that we couldn’t find the remote to the fan upstairs; however, with the ac unit the temperature in the room was very nice.

The apartment was clean and very close to the beach and other amenities. I did not receive a welcome letter with the door code and the owner was very responsive and helped us access her place in minutes (NO WAITING). We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient Location!

This is a separate living space attached to a single family home. It has a private entry, fridge, hot plate, convection oven, full bath, with the bedroom up one flight of stairs. No more than 20 mins from anywhere you wanna go in Virginia Beach. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Very cute place and it was what was pictured

Overall I would give it a 5 star except for the fact there was no toilet paper when we arrived which was 1am. We had to search for somewhere that was opened and that was. 7 eleven with one roll of inferior product for $5. The place was clean and it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our time

Rome was clean and in great shape. Place was smaller than expected but worked great for family of four for two days. Parking was a little weird but worked out just fine after speaking to host.

While the owners of the property were nice to speak to once you finally got ahold of them it was in fact not a pleasant experience but one we were forced to deal with due to the lateness of the hour. It was not clean; lighting dim; no refrigerator light; A window unit providing AC and the bathroom light switch you had to beat on to get the light to stay on. They were very apologetic for the state in which the house was left in and for the amount paid for the 12 step space it should’ve been rectified. Bed was left unmade; bugs on the floor; ants on the covers; dirty towels and rags. They offered us to go to another unit a few blocks up however it was worst than the first as it was made for little people. It’s perfect little people average height people could not stay there. Heat rises the bed upstairs you can’t sleep in because we’re over 5ft and Dead rat was outside the unit and roach was inside the unit. We immediately returned back to the first unit. Purchased our own sheets and the next day they made contact. Again they were very apologetic and stated they’d issue a refund for the nights stay along with taxes and fees and return the cleaning fee which I’ve yet to receive notification of that

Disappointing

Awful mattress that sinks into the middle. Given wrong door code and entry door so we walked in on other guests in another unit. Bathroom down steep staircase from bedroom. Location a long ways from everything. Would not recommend.

Nice place.

This place was pretty nice for a short stay. Please note that the owners live in an RV in the back yard. The apartment is attached to a house so you do share a driveway. At one point the owner did walk in to the apartment unannounced which was odd. The place is about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach. Overall the place was nice and clean. Enough room for about 5-6 people.

Very Pleasant Experience

Apartment felt new and clean. Owner was quick to respond after booking. Instructions to get in were clear. The futon bed was perfect for our 3 year old to sleep in. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
