The host was excellent. The location was the best part and the house was perfect for our group. It had two living areas and a table that seated 8 people for our Thanksgiving feast.!!

A great place to stay!

Latonya did a great job at making us feel welcome and at home! The rental is very well taken care of and very close to many attractions and beaches. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return if we come back to the area!

The space was decorated cute. Hostess responds quickly. Little extra touches made it feel homey. Clean and comfortable. Stairs are steep but picture in the ad for the home. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

Wonderful host and home.

We love our stay and the location. It was clean and in good walking distance to many enjoyable attractions. Plus a good drive to many beaches. The Houst was very and easy to connect with.

Wonderful Stay

Latonya was a great host. She greeted us when we arrived at the Property and provided some dinner recommendations. The home was clean and inviting which was perfect for a short stay. We would definitely book again.

Lovely place! Very nicely appointed. The VRBO is on the second floor -- 17 steps up -- my dog loved running up the steps. The neighborhood is wonderful with so many interesting houses, shops, pocket parks, and the waterfront within walking distance. Thank you for letting us vacation with our dogs!

Wonderful Accomodations

The accomodations at this home were excellent! It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It is located in the historic district of Portsmouth and so convienent to walk to different locations. There was a farmer's market in town the weekend we were there which we walked to. The easy and prompt communication with the owner made us feel at ease leading up to the date of our stay. The owners were so kind and even left a graduation card and gift for our daughter graduating from law school. I would highly recommend this place!
