It’s was a wonderful experience. So beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The view was breathtaking from the balcony! Such a safe feeling as well with the locked front gate and beach access. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

This was our second time staying at this property, but the first time with this host. The experience was excellent! The communication with the host was clear, timely, and accurate. We had zero problems, and our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit and this host to anyone interested in the Pensacola Beach area. The views from the balcony of the golf, and the direct access to the beach are a must for anyone staying in this area.

Very Nice

This condo was very nice and modern. And so clean! It had all appliances and dishes. Guest portal made checking in/out easy and host could be reached if needed. The indoor pool/hot tub was clean and used since it was way too cold to swim outside. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the beach. (views were awesome!)

Great Location

NIce condo within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. HOWEVER....please be aware that all of the blinds are extremely thin and let in a lot of light. One of the King rooms blinds would not close due to it being broken (Beach Bum BB came super fast and closed it), but they still let in light from the breezeway. The stay would have been perfect if all the blinds in the rooms were "blackout" blinds. Beach Bum BB was amazing and I would definitely rent from this management company again.

Best Florida location to date!

We have been traveling to Florida to see our resident children/grandchildren for sever years now but this stay was the best! The unit was beautiful, well updated (kitchen and bathrooms), and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well appointed (nice mixer, blender, pans of all sizes and a variety of useful gadgets. The electronic board and fobs were so helpful! However, the best feature was the balcony. WOW. The deck was far more spacious than any we had seen and it the seating easily accomodated us and our visiting children.

After looking back on the communication with our team, it seems as if you were expecting a hotel-like experience (complimentary rollaway, razor, toothpaste, etc.), and our explanation was unacceptable to you. Our condos are located at resorts with a resort experience (individually owned and stocked with starter amenities). We did respond and after helping you receive a package, you commented 'Your the best,' so we do hope you did enjoy the condo and our beautiful beach. Next time, there are hotels near this location you may prefer!

Beautiful

We had an amazing time at Pensacola Beach. Pros: They view was amazing, the condo was nicely furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The gym was huge and had a lot of equipment and you can see what beach while you workout so that’s nice. With beachbum we had chair service everyday on the beach. Cons: having to use a key pov to get in and out of everywhere u go, the elevator, inside the building, outside the building etc., pool has hours for adults only from 6am-12, hard to obey when you have kids that get up at dawn and are dying to swim, pools overall close at 10, my teens like to stay up late and while on vacation it’s be nice if they could swim when they wanted to or get in the hot tub. Overall we loved this place and we would recommend it and definitely would come back.

Thank you, Tianna! Beach Club 1505 is on the 15th floor we agree- the views are spectacular. To address the key fob con...security is important to us and Beach Club. We definitely don't want the public to be able to walk onto the million dollar property and be able to use the indoor pool, gym, spa and outdoor pool. We provide fobs on lanyards for our guests and it just a swipe of the lanyard across the security pad to open the door. The indoor, heated pool is the ONLY pool with family hours in the afternoon. The outdoor pool is ALWAYS open to families. I'm guessing maybe you were only looking to swim in the indoor pool. There is also a hot tub outside. Thrilled though that you'd come back. We'd love to have you again (and this time you'd get our returning guest discount)!!

More Stress than vacation

So initial getting into the property is stupid. Tons of different codes etc. Once getting to the room we fin that furniture is old and worn. Smelled like mildew. Fridge was dirty as well as a few dishes. The pool only allows children to swim at certain times and the outdoor pool isn’t heated. This is a pretty poor property overall.

Stephen, Beach Club is a secure property and one of the nicest on Pensacola Beach offering many amenities. With it being within walking distance of the heart of Pensacola Beach, they definitely take extra measures to ensure the public isn't using the property. When we spoke you mentioned you've stayed at Emerald Isle and loved it, however that has the same format of entry with codes. Unfortunately, this review came out of anger for being charged for the two reported missing fobs after your departure in the second condo you booked for you and friends (this one you said was for your wife and child). The threat of a terrible review followed if we did not refund. Most of the things mentioned in the review were verbalized when we communicated before you posted this review so we did take each seriously and investigate- more details on our response for the other review. 1505 actually has a brand new living room chair, couch, and rug as well as balcony cushions. As for the pool, the indoor pool does have family time from 12-6 daily; the outdoor pool has no restriction. We hope that all the positive reviews on our direct website and VRBO will outweigh this one and for all those reading, please don't hesitate to reach us directly. We're happy to help.

NOT CLEAN!

The floor was filthy! It hadn’t been cleaned but they did clean it while we were at the beach. Be prepared!! The condo also does not have everything you’d have at home plus more! The dishwasher silverware holder was completely covered in black mold absolutely disgusting! Next, the ice machine wouldn’t dispense so we looked inside and there was two busted beer cans inside.

You called about the floor upon check-in and we came first thing the next morning. After checking back in with you, everything was great. We did discuss what you felt the condo was missing (foil and spices) and explained those aren't things we keep in stock. Communication is key for us so when you expressed disappointment, we tried to make it right every step of the way. From the last we spoke, I thought all was well. Our many reviews on cleanliness show this is not common and while things can happen, we strive to be available and willing to make it right!

Family Reunion

This property has a great location and an incredible view. It was spacious and the outside balcony area was huge. The gulf breeze kept us very comfortable in the middle of a heat wave. We had trouble getting our code to enter the premises because our email became inaccessible so we called Beach Bum but no one answered. We then drove to the rental agency but it was closed. We kept calling and left messages and after about 20-30 minutes we were contacted and everything was taken care of. The pools and beach front were wonderful. The only issue we had with the unit was that the blinds would not fully closed in the back bedroom with the kind bed. We were having so much fun we forgot to report it until we left. We were also I little concerned that we only had an electric grill but the food turned out very tasty. We feel very comfortable recommending this wonderful unit. The entire family had a wonderful time in what can only be called paradise!
