The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. It has beautifully upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Containing two master suites each with a king bed, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite this condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:

- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The opulent south master bath features an oversized glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.

- North master suite has a king bed, private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, the Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.

- East bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.

- West bedroom has dual twin beds and a private bath as well.

Loved the location and enjoyed the room. Needs some cosmetic things, but nothing worth making it less than 5 stars.

Amazing view

We have been coming to beach club for the past four years and this year we were very happy again on the 10th floor. Beautiful view and very nice clean condo. Check in and communication excellent. We had a great time!

Nice Condo bring beach towels

The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were not as well. The living room furniture was the best part of the condo. Not very much to choose from for cooking pots and pans. No beach towels at all. They only give 3 fobs for a condo that sleeps 10. Management was very responsive with repairs needed while we were there.

Great Condo with Shortcomings

Great property for larger group or family. Perfect location with beautiful beach. Shortcomings - furniture too big and very uncomfortable. The condo was large but the furniture made it feel very cramped. The motorized drapes in the bedrooms did not work, so was not able to enjoy the views from the bedrooms.

Needs some TLC and better attention to property basics
..

The space and number of bedrooms and baths are good. The actual state of the property does not seem to be well managed by real estate management a/or property owner. You have to "sign your life away" when arriving that you will be responsible for damages to the property so when we arrived we carefully scanned the entire condo to note things that were damaged before we arrived. The large wrap around deck had a "sofa" that was badly damaged with a major leg support broken and propped up by large cushions with pieces of sharp broken wood jutting out in the front corner. Needless to say we were not able to sit there and did not let our small children near it which limited some of the seating on the deck/porch. The 2 side tables each had some damage. The side porch floor had many black marks/ tracks all over the flooring. Many of the upholstered coverings on the living room, dinning room and bedroom furniture had one or more stains. The rug in the kitchen was a longer runner and looked very stained and dirty as if it had never been cleaned. The porch had small "goldfish" crackers on it and therefore probably had not been cleaned before we arrived. We contacted the management of Premier and were told someone would check things out but no one ever came. The Beach Club resort property itself had all these security key fobs and codes they required for front doors, back doors, condo doors and elevators but the main parking lot gate which was supposed to be the first line of security was ALWAYS open as were gates to the swimming area on one side and the beach walk over. We asked for just one extra key fob to accommodate 3 family units coming and going from the beach but were told we would have to use these other numerical codes which were confusing to remember because they had different iterations of the same numbers. We have stayed at this resort a few other times in different condos and were definitely disappointed in the present status of the Beach Club Resort itself and in the condition and management of the condo we rented.

Picture Perfect Condo

The views from this unit are amazing – from the very moment you walk in. You can see for miles from the wraparound balcony. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Clean and comfortable furniture and beds. An easy walk to the beach and a great location for restaurants and t-shirt shops. Highly recommend this unit!
