Situé à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire et de la plage! Le condo décloisonné comprend un coin salon confortable avec une télévision à écran plat et des tables pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Profitez de la vue sur la baie, les bateaux et les crevettiers depuis votre balcon privé. Regardez les dauphins jouer dans la rivière Savannah et promenez-vous sur la rive en ramassant des coquillages.

La cuisine contemporaine a été mise à jour et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et comprend un lave-vaisselle, 2 plaques de cuisson, un petit four à micro-ondes, un petit réfrigérateur et une cafetière Keurig. La chambre est équipée d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision à écran plat. Voyager avec des enfants? Cette unité a 2 lits pour les jeunes de style superposés intégrés dans le hall - parfaits pour vos petits. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 adultes et 2 enfants (il n'y a pas de couchette et les couchettes dans la salle sont de la taille des jeunes, donc le maximum de 2 adultes est strict).

Handicap friendly (ascenseur, pas conforme à l'ADA). Le stationnement pour ce condo est réservé à 1 véhicule seulement. Vous recevrez une carte de stationnement à votre arrivée.

Situé sur l'extrémité nord de l'île de Tybee, directement sur la baie où la rivière Savannah rencontre l'océan Atlantique. Il y a une plage, mais pas de véritable action des vagues. Regardez les dauphins jouer et les navires viennent au port. Le complexe de condos comprend un accès à la plage privée, une piscine de 14 x 20 pieds et une piscine pour enfants de 10 x 10 pieds, des courts de tennis, un parking privé, un complexe privé, un accès WIFI à la piscine et au bureau du Beach & Racquet Club, des grils communautaires et un lave-linge à jeton (s) / séchoir (s) dans chaque bâtiment (il n'y a pas de laveuse / sécheuse à l'intérieur de ce condo).

Great location and amenities. Nice view from the room and close to everything. Beach access is right at the door step. Pickleball court is an added bonus, although probably not for serious players.

great location

Location, location, location!! steps away from the beach. The condo was an efficiency but there was plenty of room for my husband and I. The view from the balcony was great. We were able to watch the shrimp boats come in every night, and had a dolphin show.

We have stayed here before and love this complex. The only downside was the construction going on during our stay. It was annoying to hear drilling on metal for hours while trying to relax on the beach.

Tybee Island

The location was on the north side of the island, not close to the prettier south beaches and many shops and restaurants. However, this location was nice for watching the sunset and dolphins in the evening. The condo was nice enough, fairly small, no silverware available as listed and the patio door was broken. The pool was fairly nice, but always filled with kids. The location is good for family friendly trips.

Birthday Vacation!

The view was amazing! The only thing I recommend is a better mattress and air vent in the kitchen. When you cook it can get kind of Smokey, and the bed was a little too firm for us. However I would definitely come back to enjoy the view, community and great location! Steps from the beach AND we saw dolphins while relaxing on the beach. Loved the pool area and view at night as well. I will definitely be back

The property was great, clean and quiet. It was a great two days of rest and relaxation. The only issue was the bed was very hard to get into. It was too large for the room. Getting in from the sides we didn’t have enough room.

This unit was small and tidy with a balcony that has a view of the water. Pros: beach right off the property is amazing with great sand and calm waters and dolphins! Pool is nice too! Cons: tvs in unit are junk flooring seems to be peel and stick and is coming up. Bed is small and creaky to the point we weren’t sure if it was going to fall apart. Just turning over in bed would make it screech so loud and we are pretty petite people

Condo area was very nice and clean . Bathroom a decent size , could tell recently attempted a renovation . Bedroom super super cramped . Could barely walk on either side of bed to get in . Hardest mattress I have ever slept on . Newer kitchen appliances but felt as though you were cooking on a hot plate rather than a stove . Microwave / oven combo hard to figure out . Would stay in same complex again just a different unit .

Vacay 2025

Over all this place was great! Clean and kind of away from all the traffic. It’s literally on the bay not the open water which was kinda nice. It was my husband and teen twins. The only thing I would complain about is the address that they give you for the office to pick up your packet we drove around for about an hour trying to locate it. The address takes you completely somewhere different. We had to go to the IGA and ask someone. I spent a lot of time looking for the office. Also, I could not find the silverware on the first night. The host was not very responsive to any of my questions. The drawer for the silverware is very hard to find so it costs a little bit of an issue but all worked out overall this place was great. We had a really good time and enjoyed our stay.

Small but efficient

This place is a little gem. The condo is small but the owners have done an excellent job by utilizing every available space. We were very impressed by the organization of everything. It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the master bed squeaks very loud every time you move in it and there is no closet space. I would suggest setting up the bedroom with ikea space saving furniture like you did in the kitchen and it would be perfect.

Honeymoon disappointment

The photos show the condo as being bigger and advertise it as beach front. The room was tiny, and the “beach” was no beach at all. It was near the marsh. No waves. No nothing.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a pool, tennis courts, private parking, and a gated complex. We hope your future plans include a return trip to Tybee Island.

Very nice place for family of 4, easy bay/beach access. Both pools were clean with toys for kids. Pool guy in larger pool was very attentive. 1 bedroom condo was adorable, my 10 and 8 year old loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was good and stocked. Loved seeing all the dolphin activity!

Great Condo, Meh Beach

This condo was lovely. It is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need (including a margarita machine!!!). However, the beach was a bit of a let down. It may be the high volume of boats that travel through, but there is a fishy smell and murky water that wasn’t our favorite. In exploring Tybee, the North Beach has much nicer sand and saltwater odors more typical of a relaxing beach, but it’s a short drive and not just across a parking lot. The facility pool is quite nice, and seemed busier than the private beach. I would totally stay in the condo again, but I wish I could put it on North Beach.

Quick Family Vacation

I took my two children to Tybee for Spring Break this year as my first trip as a single mother. This property was clean, and very convenient for a trip with a single parent (easy beach access, family-friendly beach, quiet in evenings, etc). We would stay here again, the children loved it.

Great location

The condo was beautiful and clean and is in a great location. The check in process was not clear at all. It was like a puzzle. There were so many emails and links. Nothing was clear though. We had a problem with our door and the door code. I recommend clearer directions and check in.
