Great location near Breckenridge! There were no parking spots available at our condo parking lot, and we only had one vehicle with us. We had to park at the Hideaway condo up the hill and walk down two icy driveways to our RockRidge condo. The driveway was very icy and had not been sanded. There was an empty sand bucket with a broken shovel by the driveway. During our 3 night stay there was heavy snowfall and the driveway/parking lot was never plowed or sanded. We called the management company three times on our first day about the parking situation and frozen driveway. They were very nice, but never called us back or had anyone come out to plow or sand the driveway. The condo was clean when we arrived, but we did notice there were somethings that needed repair. One of the kitchen cabinets was loose about to fall of the hinges, the wood trim on one of the bedroom doorframes was loose and coming off, one of the cover plates was hanging off the wall in the master bedroom missing screws, the fireplace did not work, the master bedroom fan and light did not work, and a towel rack was falling off the wall. The kitchen was fully stocked other than a can opener. The dishes were all clean other than a cup with a lipstick print.The biggest issue for us was having to park at another location and walk down icy driveways. This was not safe and we would not recommend or stay here again.
