Lovely stay

The house is very conveniently located in a cul de sac near a bus stop; has all amenities needed and is very clean. Beds are comfy and there are even games available. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

This home’s location is perfect, close to town but up the hill and right by a creek, so quiet! Convenient to town and to great hiking! Home has everything you need, great layout, porch with beautiful views. Easy to communicate with Vacasa staff if you need something. Would highly recommend this home.

Great place for the price

Great property, We’ll furnished. Worked well for our group of 5 adults. Free bus to Breckinridge with stop 4 houses away. No grill or hot tub, but we knew that. House was clean and check in and out was easy.

Pretty nice location to lifts

Could use some lights on switches, shower was complicated with no instructions. Wifi had issues but overall it was a nice stay. Beds were good.

Nice house great location

Location is great. Place overall had tons of amenities but the snow blocking all the entrances meant one of our party had to climb through it. Vacasa did tell me they would come clear it but didn’t come. Overall it was fine for us but it was annoying.

Not as good as expected

While the location was great, the property was not. It was generally run down; the fireplace did not work and maintenance never responded to our requests for help. Throughout the house there were multiple light bulbs burned out, clocks that did not work, and lamps with no outlet to plug in. There was no access through the garage so nowhere to put our wet ski and snow gear. Only entrance was through tiny laundry room with slippery wood floors, not suitable for snowy wet conditions. Overall a big disappointment especially for the money we paid.

Perfect vacation

The house was nice and clean. There are enough space for our big family. It has multiple board games for entertainment. Also, it close to trail and we enjoyed our hiking there. It close to everything- downtown, gas station, rentals, lifts, grocery. Just few minutes drive. House have all first essentials we needed, a lot of plates, dishes, cups and silverware for all. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend house for vacation.

Was a great visit and would recommend. Only downfall is got notified of free early check in via text at 1230 and got there, took nap and got rudely awoken by property manager that we would be charged extra for being there early ... After she saw the text she apologized but still not a great way to start a conversation

The perfect place to stay!

We loved every bit of this house, from the kitchen that had EVERYTHING to the patio by the creek to the wall of games to the comfy beds for all the members of the family. We enjoyed taking walks along the creek path to the local parks and the easy access to town. The house is so kid-friendly with bunk beds, lots of toys and art supplies, and the sweet fairy garden path with twinkling lights. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space for families to gather and get away.

This home and location was just delightful for our family. My wife thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio for sunrise & sunset with the mountains and the creek in the background. My daughter adored the magic fairy garden and the ease of bike & bus access. The home was comfortable, the layout lovely, the location perfect for our family.
