Clean and tidy flat. Had an issue with the electrics, but these were quickly sorted by the owner. Shower head could do with a wall mount, only a hand held unit. Aircon unit effective. Wifi coverage only in the main room.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a great holiday

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in June 25' and found the apartment to be immaculate and well equipped for all our needs. It's a 2 minute walk to the sea front, marina and restaurants but not noisy. Very spacious for 2 people with plenty of good storage for clothes and suitcases etc. Comfortable lounge with large patio doors and small balcony open plan to the kitchen, just perfect. Double bedroom was spacious and airy and there was also a second single bedroom with utility off. The shower room was the perfect size and plenty of towels were made available. The roof terrace is accessed through the main internal stairwell and is totally private and very large and well furnished with lovely views to the mountains at the rear and the marina and sea view to the front. The only downside for me personally is that I have a fear of heights and from the internal stairwell you can see a drop straight down to the ground floor level so I only used the terrace once but could not face the stairs again. The aircon was well used as we had a very hot spell also. All in all this was a perfect little apartment for our holiday. Sorry I didn't get to meet the owner personally but I did get to meet his mother who stayed up to greet us and show us into the apartment at about 2.15am!! Lovely lady, so sorry we kept you up late. Thank you for the use of your lovely apartment.

Fantastic location

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It’s in a great location just one street back from the sea and a few minutes walk to the central square. The host and his family were great to deal with and lovely people. Spacious apartment with a great roof terrace too.

Summer holiday

We enjoyed staying here very much. The flat is nicely decorated and comfortable, and has a roof terrace. It's near to the sea front, with beach and restaurants. The process for check in and out was easy. Gave us a very happy few days.

Lovely apartment

The property was in perfect condition and very clean, with a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and shops. The terrace was a highlight, with gorgeous views out onto the port. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, overall a wonderful experience!

Fabulous stay in this central but peaceful gem!

We felt like the apartment was the perfect balance of central location and quiet peaceful escape where we could cook, eat together on the terrace and enjoy stunning views! Despite being a super hot week we were able to stay cool, enjoy meals on the wonderful roof terrace and take a wander out for drinks, dinner and a sunrise & sunset swim - the beach is just a few steps away! This is a great spot if you’re looking for a coastal get away, with good links to nearby towns and beaches by car, bus or boat. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a restful holiday, we loved it! Thanks so much for having us!

Everything you need

This is a small apartment suitable for 2 or 3 people. It’s not fancy but it is very functional. Exceptionally clean and in a great location close to beach, restaurants etc. Small kitchen and washing machine is a bonus. Would recommend.

Einfache, aber schöne Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Port de Pollença. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht sehr groß und recht einfach ausgestattet, aber es findet sich alles, was man braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus, so dass es ruhig ist zum Schlafen. Die private Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll. Wir waren mit unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter da und es wurde extra ein Reisebett fĂŒr sie organisiert. Es gibt auch einen Hochstuhl und wir konnten neben der HaustĂŒr unseren Kinderwagen in einem extra Raum abstellen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafĂŒr! Ein großer Parkplatz ist 5min fußlĂ€ufig, man kann aber vor der HaustĂŒr gut halten, um auszuladen.

We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and quiet apartment in a street parallel to the beach promenade. We were very warmly welcomed by the parents of the owner who live downstairs. Numerous restaurants of all quality levels nearby. The kitchen is very small and equipped only with the bare necessities. Parking can be difficult at times but we have always managed to find a spot no more than 250 m from the flat.

Cute apartment in a great location in Puerto Pollensa.i would come back. Pros Location - very close to the beach and the town square and ample parking nearby. Bedrooms face an interior courtyard so are very quiet. Roof terrace - huge terrace with comfortable furniture. Ideal for breakfast and evening drinks. Washing machine was super convenient Cons The towels are very thin and small and need to be replaced

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

This was the perfect apartment for our family holiday to Puerto Pollensa. It’s right near the beach, the restaurants and the bus station to go to other lovely nearby places (such as Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala sant Vincenze). Hosts were very accommodating and we would stag again. Thank you!

Perfect holiday apartment

Our family really enjoyed this well located apartment with exclusive use of the roof terrace. Supermarkets at hand and the beach just a minute or so away! The host and his family were good communicators, friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was good during the very hot hours. We appreciated the facilities provided and the complimentary wine, water and oranges! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and has an amazing roof terrace. There was enough space for 4 adults, as long as you don’t mind bunk beds in one room,perfect for older teens. The location is central just a road behind the pine walk and close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and communication was excellent.

Sea view apartment in central Puerto Pollensa.

Lovely apartment with roof top terrace to enjoy breakfast, lunch and enjoy the sunshine at any time! Spotless apartment throughout, great location for everything. Beach is a 5 minute walk away! Hosts were fantastic, and communication was excellent. All the family were so nice and helpful. Air condition was great to have as well. Thank you so much!
