We had the best time; the rental was very clean and well decorated. Only a few minutes to the water. Fully stocked. We have this rental saved because we liked it so much; it will be our official IRB rental. The owners were available immediately for a few questions we had; very responsive and friendly! Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home.

Best Vacation Ever!

The cottage is immaculate, adorable, and has everything you need! It includes all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach. The home is located near restaurants, shops, attractions. Yet, the beach doesn’t get too crowded and is just steps from the door. Be sure to try the alligator at Crabby Bills and the ice cream at IRB Creamery.

Great space so close to the beach all the extras you may need cooler, chairs, umbrellla! Only issue all week was the water pressure was none existant. Very easy to overlook in such a great place! Would definately stay there again!

Wonderful Beachfront Vacation

Rhina and Jim were lovely hosts and communicated everything about their property accurately, in fact the location was even better than I anticipated! I loved sitting on the porch where I could see the water, when we needed a break from the beach. The weather was impeccable, in the 80’ for an April Vacation getaway. I especially loved that there were all the beach supplies we could want, and the dining recommendations were great too! Thanks again for having us and would love to stay at your property the next time we visit Indian Rocks Beach!

Fun at the beach

We had a great time. The location is great. Literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and has all the beach items you could need/want. My poor husband had a difficult time sleeping in the bed. Once both of us were in the bed, you would roll to the middle. I slept just fine :)

Very close to beach

Overall very good stay. The condo is very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We did not rent a car while we were there so we utilized the trolly and Ubers. It would have been easier to have a car but if you are trying to save money you can make do without one. The place was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. It was very convenient to have laundry in the unit as well. The beach was not very crowded for July.

Great location!!!

Great cottage!

Family Beach Trip

From the minute we walked thru the door, we felt like we were at home. The space was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was excellent. The Ideal Find

No wonder the hosts are considered premier hosts. Everything was geared towards welcoming us as their guests, e.g., prompt responses to our inquiries, thoroughness with communication, providing kitchen 'staples', allowing use of the washer and dryer, and providing beach chairs and towels (packing was a breeze). The cottage was exactly as shared though no listing can adequately share how relaxed and comfortable we felt. The location is ideal with the beach steps away and several restaurants and shops within an easy walk. If you want more to do you're a short drive away from Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Thank you for a lovely relazed stay!

Jim is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Tampa 25 years ago looking for better weather to raise his family. He enjoyed outdoor activities and worked in the Hospitality business for 25 years. Actually he works in the Real Estate Business along with his wife Rhina.
Rhina is from D.R. and as a Caribbean girl she grew up on the beach and enjoyed so many family activities around the water.
Jim knew that in order to keep his wife happy he has to bring her back close to the beach. As they say "Happy Wife.. Happy Life".

Why J&R choose IRB? We have been looking for a place for years along the coast in the Tampa Bay area and we couldn't find anything that filled our expectations. We knew that we wanted something in the Indian Rocks Beach area due to the "Old Florida" beach style. It's very friendly, laid back, not over crowded and offers you that special feeling that makes Indian Rocks Beach unique. As soon as we saw this property it was love at first sight.
Some properties in Indian Rocks Beach are outdated but this one was totally renewed providing that fresh look that invites you to stay there forever. Also the convenience of this location that is just 50 steps away from the sandy beach and at the same time walking distance to local restaurants, shopping centers, bars, and everything that this beach town has to offer.
