IRB unit C Star5Vacations

Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach studio, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy.



This is a studio apartment with a king size bed 1 nightstand, flat screen T.V. with a wardrobe that has drawers and a spot to hang clothes. This unit also features a flat screen T.V. in the living room, a full bathroom and private patio with private BBQ.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The dining room table has seating for 4 people.



The bathroom features a stand up shower which is all brand new.



The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.



The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cupsa regular ground pot of coffee.



The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in earlycheckout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any petsextra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

The best stocked, thought out Vrbo we’ve ever stayed out! Kitchen supplies, beach supplies, fan in the bedroom, etc, etc. Housing & pool clean & well kept. Felt like a home away from home, instead of guest lodging. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic location!! Such a cute place and so clean. Used Walmart plus for grocery and sunscreen delivery and it was wonderful. Will definitely go back!CoCo's was not only super fun but delicious with great service. Met friendly people everywhere we went and loved the area.

Very clean and well stocked! Very responsive when one of our beach chairs was broken. Loved the private patio for morning coffee and grilled a couple of times. Pool was perfect temp and relaxing. Easy to get to bars / restaurants by foot and car. Short walk to the beach which was not crowded and super pleasant! Trolley stop to Clearwater right on Gulf/24th. Would definitely stay at this or any of their properties again!

Room was overall very clean. Carpets were a bit dirty, but it is a rental with a lot of traffic. The pool was nice, especially for the privacy. It was pretty windy during our stay, but being able to lounge around the pool was very nice. The pool water was pretty cold, to be fair we did not ask for anyone to warm it up. Location is perfect, very close to food and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

This has an excellent location. Go left out of the apartment for 100 yards, you have the bay. Go right out of the apartment for 100 yards, you have the gulf. Very clean and just about all the amenities. The laundromat is 1 minute away. Loads of local restaurants just seconds away.

The ocean is a short walk...1 block. Property is small but good enough for 2 guests. Unit was in good shape and had all we needed but throw blankets need to be washed, door needs to be sealed so room can cool and one towel had blonde hairs. Overall we were happy for our 2 day stay.

Very clean and cute place. But the owners need to have a sign or poster in the upstairs - saying please use respect when walking around there are guests underneath you. There is no buffer at all from the upstairs guests walking around - this is very frustrating.Also there needs to be an emergency phone shared so the guests can get a hold of the owners when there is a problem. The door would not lock and took a while to get a hold of someone to take care of the problem

Sheri, thank you for your feedback. The guests upstairs DO receive info on their check in instructions, to please be courteous of the guests below them. We even put quiet hours on the info there for them too. We also supply a sound machine for your unit to help with this. Furthermore, looking at our message thread, we never heard from you regarding this and would have been more than happy to message the upstairs guests and remind them of the house rules, if given the opportunity. We also give you our direct phone number in the check in instructions your receive as well as a print out on the refrigerator. We hope you were able to enjoy your time at our unit.

Cottage at IRB

We loved the location so close to the beach, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed, including a noise machine! Coco's on the corner was a great place to hang out, listen to live music, and the shrimp was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit was like new with very cute decor. The walk to the beach was easy and the cart and beach chairs were awesome. Had everything you would need, even an air fryer! The bed was a little softer than we like. We could hear the guests upstairs footsteps quite often, I think they were kids running around. Other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect couples getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The property was an easy, short walk to the beach. Several restaurants are within walking distance. This was nice since parking is usually limited and the restaurants all get busy. Comfy bed and a private patio made our stay very enjoyable.

A Nice Getaway

Stayed at the property for a short weekend get away! It was off season so we were lucky to have the whole condo to ourselves. The pool was amazing! Unit had a wagon with beach supplies which was much appreciated. Location is perfect. One block away from the neach and plaves to eat!

A perfect getaway!

Loved this property! Great location, cute pool to chill at when you don’t want to go to beach! But beach is only a minute walk up the street!! Everything in the condo was in perfect shape and it was such a nice and accommodating stay for 2! We had a blast!
