The location is fantastic! The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Steps to the beach, beautiful sunsets from the deck and close to restaurants and entertainment! Liana was great to work with!

This unit has everything you need. It’s exactly as pictured. It was great being steps away from this beautiful beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great stay! The property was clean, well stocked, and 60 seconds from the beach. Perfect location, directly between Clearwater and Madeira Beach/Treasure Island. Loved every minute and cannot wait to return!

Fantastic Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close to great restaurants and beach is a 100 yards away. Condo was extremely clean, updated and was well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and communication was amazing with them. We will stay here again.

Wonderful choice!

This place is great! Host is super friendly and communicated helpful tips throughout our stay. Very clean, generously stocked with supplies for home and beach. Location A++++, not having to cross a street to get to the beautiful beach is an amazing amenity. Needless to say, Indian Rocks beach was heaven!

Best family vacation ever!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Indian Rock Beach! The very best part was our accommodations and proximity to the beach! As advertised 100 steps from door to sand!! The condo had enough space for us to relax, make meals together and play games. We will definitely rent this property again!!!

Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Property was wellstocked with everything you needed to make meals. Plenty of beach items:chairs , towels, umbrellas, etc. We stayed for a month so more cleaning supplies would have been nice. Floors could have been cleaner. All in all we had a nice time.

Awesome stay

Loved everything about this place. Steps were a bit of a challenge for loading and unloading. Everything squeaky clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated/updated. Liana was instantly available and responsive. Steps to the beach, sunsets and restaurants. What’s not to like!

Florida Vacation

We enjoyed this location as it is more like a neighborhood than a tourist area. The property is very clean with a great layout. There are views of the gulf in certain spots. This unit is very well equipped for dining and food preparation and the washer and dryer is also appreciated. Of course the main feature is that the beach is only a very short walk away- like being in your back yard. Truly five star.

Perfect Beach Get Away

We loved our stay at Rich and Liana's beach place. The condo was sparkling clean, newly remodeled, spacious and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing time. It was truly only steps from the beach as it is located at a convenient public access point. The stylish decor, good quality furnishings and appliances (plus the great shower head!) made our two week stay a real pleasure. Rich and Liana were fabulous hosts - easy to communicate with and super nice people. We can't thank them enough and would definitely return.

Amazing!

Listing totally lived up to our expectations from property listing and photos. Liana was available to communicate with throughout the week and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around the area. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for ourselves and our two young children. It’s such a great location and is truly only 100 steps from one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Great family spot steps from the beach

Our family had a great time at Indian rock speech. With a five-year-old and a two-year-old, it was really important that we were as close to the beach as possible and this did not disappoint. We got to be on the beach at all hours of the day and saw some amazing sunsets! The property Was very clean and well equipped for young children, which made things convenient and easy for us. I also appreciated being across the street from a spot that had good food, as we ventured there twice during our stay. I was also very impressed with Leanna‘s communication , as whenever I had a question she responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this if you are wanting to head to the area, which was also very close to Clearwater and gave us some other things to do.

Wonderful Spot !

We just spent February at Liana's Condo on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. It was just perfect. I would say five stars plus. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean and bright it is. When they said 100 steps from the beach, that was no exaggeration. It was a small complex with maybe 8 units. Her unit is up just one flight of stairs. They have set it up perfectly, the kitchen seemed brand new with everything we needed to cook there. Liana quickly responded to my few questions and the month could not have gone better. We were familiar with the beach which is clean and beautiful. This condo is in a perfect spot as far as offering a quick walk to a handful of great restaurants. We will definitely book with Liana again if we plan another IRB vacation.

Marr Condo Rental, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida (2/16 to 2/24/2021

Very nice condo rental. I have only praise. Liana (owner) was very nice and easy to communicate with. She gave us some very good recommendations. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the best I ever slept on. I slept well every night.The condo was very comfortable and decorated nice. Went fishing. Caught 17 fish which we released. Mostly snook. (Native Sport Fishing - St. Petersburg 727-420-1435). I believe we went to the best Restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach (Salt Rock Grill 727-593-7625). We found a good place for breakfast ( Maggie May's Sunrise Cafe - Clearwater, Florida). A good Mexican restaurant in St. Petersburg (Red Mesa Cantina 727-896-8226). For deep sea fishing (Dave Zalewski, Lucky Too Charters, Madeira Beach, Florida 727-460-9893). We enjoyed our stay. We recommend this condo and owner. We would definitely book this condo again.

It was a nice place to stay, a quiet area. So close to the beach! It was so easy to take your things to. The beach and run back to the rooms if you needed something. Property was beautiful and looked newly remodeled. Kitchen had everythung you needed. The owner's communication was above and beyond. The only thing I wished was that there was a TV in the bedrooms especially with kids.
