Great location and we walked right onto the beach. We slept great on a very comfortable bed (we always bring our own pillows). Communication with the host was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location! Pics are spot on. Both beds are very large king. The steps were only issue for me with bad knees but I knew what I was getting into so hard to complain about that.

Amazing location, restaurants, bars, shopping, and most of all the Beach is 15 steps to sandy beach

We stayed in the upper cottage and it was amazing. Two extra large bedrooms with TVs and cranking AC wonderful living room and dining room to host great family dinners and movies with a full kitchen. Loved everything about it and will definitely be back.

Great spot for a family vacation!

Located on the beach side of the main strip in Indian Rocks Beach, this location was perfect for our family (3 boy ages 6 and under). Restaurants and shops all around and in walking distance. Beach access. Amazing vacation...can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home in the best location.

Very quiet and comfortable stay. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. Lots of steps to upper unit but we are leaving in better shape.

Great location and very nice property. If u don’t mind steps the upper unit is very quiet.Easy to deal with manager and had all the things needed for a beach trip located at the property. Chairs, towels and an outside shower to rinse off from the beach.

after looking for a few days i decided on this location since it had king beds in each bedroom. It was just as described. Received text communicating with us before we checked in and through out the stay. We had one issue and they got it fixed in a very timely matter

Nice property. The stairs were a problem for the price. We took our dog without being told we were unable to take her on the beach. 200.00 was steep. We didn't like the roku. We were stuck watching one channel for 5 days. We informed owners it was our 30th anniversary. No personalized sentiment. That would have been a nice touch.

Check in was a breeze! It’s so close to the beach and convenient to restaurants. (We didn’t even have a car here and walked everywhere.) The beach was never crowded and was very family friendly. The unit was clean and organized. The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had about details. It was the perfect beach vacation for our family and we would love to return in the future!

The beach was just a few steps away. The property was stocked with everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Within walking distance of great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything we could have asked for!

Our family of four had a fantastic vacation at this property! This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach and the location was perfect. The house is all of 100 yards from the beach and the part of IRB was not too busy at all but still had plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property itself was perfect for a family our size with plenty of room for us to spread out and communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!
