Oceanside villa "Veracruz" est une villa au troisième étage avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan à la station balnéaire "Villas San Miguel".

La villa dispose d'une cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités et d'une chambre séparée avec un grand balcon privé donnant sur les eaux cristallines spectaculaires des Caraïbes mexicaines. Cette villa a un intérieur très spacieux (800 pieds carrés) avec la chambre ouvrant sur le grand balcon avec vue sur l'océan.

Lovely Villa

Very clean, very quiet. We have been to Isla Mujeres a handful of times and this has been our favoriteplace to stay. Could see how it could get very noisy when events are happening at the square.

thanks very much for stay with us... !! only two dates out of the year when bands play in the downtown square are three days preceding mardi gras fat tuesday (but not always) and new years eve (always) other than those dates .... muy tranquilo. only noise you hear is ocean noise ))

Great location, view and staff

Had four rooms and stay here every time we come to the island now. Really love the view and the ability to get away from the hustle and bustle of the island but it is close enough to walk to Hidalgo and North Beach. Great rooms and staff!

Great stay.

The villa was extremely easy to find when first arriving. It is close to so many amenities including a grocery store which was so convenient! My husband and I came for our honey moon and it was the perfect ocean view to look at all week. Great place to stay.

Location to downtown was amazing...quiet, outside crazy downtown but very short walk to Playa Norte and best spots in town. Two pools, amazing staff...can't wait to stay again. Thank you Keith and staff!

Amazing Villa Veracruz

we had an amazing time at Isla Mujeres. Villa Veracruz is amazing! Close to everything, restaurants, beach, market, etc. The host is very responsive. The place is very clean, AC works great. The villa has everything you need. The ocean views are awesome! I would stay here again.

Stay here! We are def. returning! So so close to ferry station and playa Norte! Golf car rental literally next door. Grocery and so many dining options super close. Keith is the best! I accidentally booked two villas and he refunded the money for one right away! We usually stay at Mia reef for the location but this stay was so much better!

Stunning VIEW

Condo was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. View was amazing from balcony, direct ocean front above the Malecon. Never had air conditioning on in our 15 day stay, fresh ocean breezes constantly. San Miguel Villas is in a great location. 2 blocks from the ferry, easy walk. Many restaurants available for all meals with many price ranges. Sonny's Pizza is a must stop, delicious. More shops to buy trinkets in walking distance than you can imagine. Met Mr. Turner, the owner, while there. Extremely nice gentleman. They were building a restaurant on the lower floor while we were there. Will be a great addition to the Villas. So for comfort, location, and awesome views, this is where you want to stay. San

Lovely condo complex beside town square.

We were in the Veracruz condo for 10 nights. The Villa San Miguel is situated beside all the local action and grocery store. Handy but also extremely noisy in the evening during Carnival celebration. The music speakers boomed till 2:30 am Feb 18-21. Noise was not a problem on regular days. We loved the views and sound of the waves off of our balcony. Comfortable bed. Great little pool. It was a nice bonus to have our place cleaned and fresh towels every second day.

Best place on Isla

This is a place for decerning adults. An apartment for those who appreciate quality all around. Our unit was well equipped, comfortable beds and very clean. The traditional Mexican art adds a very special touch. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had an Oceanside unit and nothing is nicer than watching the sunrise from your private balcony. The sand beaches are just a short walk away and we prefer being away from the busy and crowded beach scene— although we went to the beach every morning when there weren’t as many people. The water is such an amazing color! There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance- Sonny’s pizza, Mahatche for the best seared tuna and Lola Valentina’s Pobalano Fish were a few favorites. This complex sits right on the malecon that runs along the rocky side of the island and we enjoyed a beautiful walk every morning. This is the best place we have stayed on the island. Highly recommend!

Awesome Location

Don’t have anything bad to say about the actual property, however, it was the 172nd anniversary of Isla, so we had a large stage and band, a carnival right outside every night, loud music and carnival noise until 2am every night. Good news, I presume most times I’m sure it’s very quiet.

Awesome Villa San Miguel

We took 18 friend’s there to celebrate his birthday - what a beautiful place. Two awesome pools with a view of the ocean and within walking distance to the white sandy beaches of Isla. Great rooms with super comfortable beds! The staff was very accommodating. We will stay here every time we come to Isla in the future!!!

Perfect spot for small family

We could not have been happier with our 11 day stay in the Veracruz apartment! It was clean, spacious and had beautiful views. The staff at Villas San Miguel were helpful, kind, and able to lend a hand with whatever we needed. The location made it easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The 2 outdoor pools and the supply of basic kitchen amenities were perfect for lazy days when we wanted to stay close to home. We will definitely stay here again!

Fell in love with Isla Mujeres

The location of the property was great. Easy to get around downtown and close to the ferry. Room very comfortable and the evenings were cool enough to leave balcony doors open to hear the waves crash. My favorite part! We will be coming here again!

Wonderful place

This whole building is a delight to walk into -- is more than just functional. All the bases are covered, basic supply of coffee, etc for first morning. Close to grocery store and a short pleasant walk along the malecon to the north end beaches. Good beds, and a fine view out over the ocean. The staff are friendly and immediately attentive when required. This is the nicest spot we have stayed at on Isla, by far.

Second time here and not gonna be my last

I’ve been to isla mujeres a bunch of times and this is my second time at Villa San Miguel. Like before, it exceeded expectations; even coming back. The place has been a little upgraded since my last visit. The check in was EASY. Place is clean and stocked with useful amenities. Kieth’s team is there to help, but never in your face. Super relaxing. Can’t beat the location. I’ll be back soon!
