Belle maison de vacances Anna Maria Island Villa. Pour 6 personnes dans 3 chambres, avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Le luxe à un prix abordable. Propriété privée avec exotique, paysage tropical et une belle variété de palmiers. Moins de 2 minutes à pied de la meilleure plage de sable blanc sur Anna Maria Island. Les plus beaux espaces de vie extérieurs de toute villa dans la région. Blindés ponts véranda, plus 2 soleil / ombre qui enveloppent complètement autour de la maison.

Piscine chauffée de la communauté avec moins de 20 membres, piscine propre toilettes, et sécuriser l'accès à la piscine à clé. Piscine est très isolé, mais seulement une minute à pied de la Villa.

House est situé dans un endroit privé unique avec une très grande proximité de la plage.

Kayak de mer, jouets de plage, chaises de plage, des vélos et plus plage pour faire de votre expérience de vacances plus comme une visite à une station balnéaire tropicale!

Maison a été récemment mis à jour avec de la peinture et le mobilier frais. Décoré comme une maison de belle plage, pas une location. Méticuleusement entretenu. Appareils de qualité, cuisine bien équipée, une table à manger pour six à l'intérieur et une autre table à manger pour six sur le Lanai blindé.

Barbecue à gaz Weber, Weber barbecue, planchers de bois, comptoirs en granit, des meubles design, table de ping-pong dans la salle de jeux, 2 nouveaux vélos de plage et d'un son et le sien bicyclette pour 2! Wagon Beach pour vos chaises de plage, flotteurs et parasol. De plus, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide pour se rincer après une belle journée à la plage, et beaucoup, beaucoup plus.

La Master Suite a un lit king avec salle de bain complète en suite. Guest Suite # 1 a un lit queen, suite d'invité # 2 a un lit queen. Les deux chambres se partagent une salle de bain complète qui est privée, à quelques pas des deux chambres. House a été décoré par un décorateur professionnel en mettant l'accent sur Relax .....

Tous les nouveaux serviettes et draps de lit, le 20 Octobre 2014. New Keurig dosette de café maker, cafetière traditionnelle, grille-pain, et plus encore.

Hi Speed ​​Wi-Fi, TV 45 pouces haute définition, en plus de TV en Master et suite d'hôtes N ° 1.

Tropical villa de vacances sur un chemin privé avec seulement 6 maisons. Cette maison dispose de la combinaison parfaite d'un endroit isolé, et d'être très, très proche de la plage. Une courte promenade sur la plage au restaurant en bord de mer Sandbar ou café sur la plage. Prenez le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner avec vos orteils dans le sable!

Anna Maria Island est un endroit très sympathique avec quelques-unes des plus belles plages de la Floride. Salle à manger et de style de la famille de bons restaurants sont à proximité. Supermarché Publix est à seulement 4 minutes en voiture. Grande boutique shopping, bains de soleil, pêche, canotage, les bombardements et tout pour vos vacances île tropicale sont à quelques minutes de cette maison particulière.

Service de tramway gratuit est disponible pour vous emmener partout l'île et épicerie Publix.

L'emplacement le plus privé, promenade proche de la plage à North Beach Village trop. Terrasses extérieures étonnants et des zones de véranda pour profiter de la vie île Floride!

Il n'y a pas une maison de vacances agréable disponible sur Anna Maria Island pour ce prix.

Great AMI vacation spot!

This is a perfect rental for a family with a very short walk to the beach! Pictures matched the rental and it was very clean. We never used the pool at the complex because the weather was perfect for the beach every day! Property manager was super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this spot!

Anna Maria Island Beach Property

This property is a great location! 5 minute walk to powder white sand and amazing blue ocean water. Nice 3 bedroom property with a great outdoor patio in the front and lovely screened in porch in the back. Complex pool was a win win with the kids! Definitely would recommend this property for a family with young kids!

Work/vaca stay

We worked remote for 2 months and had a vacation for the final week. Robert made every effort to handle our few requests with efficiency. Great location- close to beach but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for us to work but get a break when needed. We brought our own bikes, but we didn’t need to. Wonderful Stay on Anna Maria Island

The house was clean and a short walk to the beach and pool. There was a great wrap around porch around the property. Part of it is covered and protected from the sun. We enjoyed sititng out on the porch each day. We also enjoyed exploring all of what Anna Maria Island had to offer and also the amenities on the property. It was great to be able to take a short 3 block walk to the beach or a 5 or 10 minute drive to another beach. We loved that we could come back to the house and then walk about 2 minutes to the heated pool. We had such a wonderful two week stay. We loved this house and Anna Maria Island!

Perfect location

This house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including two coffee makers(drip and K cup). There is a covered porch and another porch that were nice to sit on to hide and get some peace and quiet. The location is great. There is a trolley stop and a beach access within walking distance. Garage had lots of pool/sand toys and beach chairs. We added to the collection because we bought two before we realized and left them for future use. Robert was quick in responding to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful location and peaceful stay

We had a great stay at this house. The location is extremely convenient for the pool, the beach, the trolly and many of the local restaurants. The house was quiet and well provisioned for our 9 night stay. There was plenty of kitchen/ cleaning items for our entire stay and there was a great initial stock of paper products. Pretty much anything you would need for the beach was already at the house including boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and beach towels. We had a small issue with and appliance but Robert was great and had it fixed within a couple hours of my message. Robert was also very easy to work with and communicated quickly in all of our interactions. Overall we loved our stay and the house was great for our family of 6.

December/ New Year with friends

The property is in a quiet area but only 3minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the heated swimming pool and trolley stop. A 10 minute walk takes you to a good choice of restaurants/bars and shops. Robert answered any questions we had very promptly (even calling us in the UK !!). The property has a great wrap around balcony and is well equipt .with everything you would need, and the bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. I agree with previous comments that the property needs some minor cosmetic attention inside and needs new cushions for the outside dining are and sun loungers. Overall we had a great month in Florida, thank you Robert.

Close to the beach, don't expect more

Condo in need of general repair, rodent droppings were on the back porch likely due to screen being ripped in several places. Robert was prompt to answer messages but did not do anything to resolve maintenance or cleaning during our stay. Floors were dirty but rest of condo was passably clean. Dryer vents inside and makes the kitchen humid. Beds were okay but squeaky. Pool key was missing. Outdoor shower sprays everywhere and only has cold water. No extra sheets or blankets or any kitchen/household staples so bring toilet paper, soap, salt, etc. The best part about this listing is the location and outside deck. Quiet neighborhood away from busy restaurants, beach access was only a couple blocks away. If we come to the area again, we'll stay elsewhere.

Hi Maria. Sorry to see that you were disappointed in your visit to my home. The issues that you have mentioned have been resolved. The tiny lizards (3 to 5 inches) that live in Florida were responsible for the droppings. The house is now back to excellent conditions. Pool key is on a 12 inch cable in the kitchen. I answer my phone 24/7 and was never contacted by you about the pool key or your other complaints. My house always receives wonderful reviews. And I have many guests that have returned every year for over a dozen years. I always receive 4 and mostly 5 star reviews.

Well-equipped for families, a few small touches needed

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and the house was a great option. The walk to the beach was short and the house was fine overall. The owner was extremely quick to reply to any questions and the real estate office was also helpful. My only suggestions/comments are pretty small - we rented bikes as we deemed the (adult) bikes in the garage not useable, plus we already had to rent bikes for the kids. There was no cooler or beach umbrella, so we rented the umbrella and brought a small cooler with us. The beach wagon was adequate but had no sides, so you had to carefully stack anything because otherwise it would all slide off. And (like almost every beach house everywhere, for some odd reason) there were almost no hooks or places to hang wet suits in the bathrooms - it's the most obvious needed thing! The vacuum cleaner was almost on its last legs - we used it once. The kitchen was well equipped, but the nonstick cookware needs replacing, as it's scratched/peeling. We actually bought a nonstick pan at Publix to use and just brought it home with us. It would also be nice if a few laundry pods were provided in the starter pack, along with dishwasher pods and soaps. We used the pool only once - it was pretty small and tended to be crowded. But the house was plenty big, perhaps even bigger than we needed as a family of four. It had lots of outdoor porch space that we didn't use much, as it was really hot during our stay. Luckily the a/c worked great!

Close to everything without the hustle and bustle!

Just returned from a relaxing week at Robert's Villa. The home is in a great location...probably one of the best areas on the island without actually being on the beach/water and without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants. The beach and pool are two minutes away by foot. Stores and dining are all only a few minutes away by golf cart or car, a little longer by foot…but still walkable. The feeling of seclusion in a resort-like setting is what made this unit even more special compared to other rentals in the area. Access was simple and owner's communication and responsiveness were great. Kitchen appliances and laundry amenities were clean and in good condition, and all the basics were provided. Beds were comfortable and linens/towels were plentiful(both extra bath and beach/pool towels provided). I think the updated bathrooms give it a resort type feel as well. We appreciated having some essentials available on day one (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, hotel sized soaps and shampoos in bathrooms to get people started). In fact, the paper/kitchen goods were sufficient to get through the week. Smart TVs were great and offered many options from cable to streaming to screen sharing. Instructions and welcome book served to address most of the questions we would have had and were also appreciated. At least 4 -6 beach chairs, cart, and umbrella were also provided, but are starting to show signs of wear and tear. The listing is fairly accurate as to amenities, but to manage expectations of other renters, I feel I need to point out that the photos may be older and have been taken right after the place was updated. The unit shows more signs of usage than the photos, but it is still a clean and comfortable place. Some furnishings have been swapped out, perhaps to be more renter friendly. Some of the outdoor furniture cushions and decking looks tired and could use a little attention…but this is to be expected after weather exposure and heavy use. As other reviewers mentioned, bikes also need some TLC if they are going to be made available to renters. Overall, the place is clean, has most of the items one would need for a week’s stay, and is in a quiet, but convenient location. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great location nice outdoor patio

Robert got back to me quickly with any questions. But, being my first time I didn’t know what to ask. There were two bathrooms and minimal toilet paper for a whole week. One dishwasher pellet is not enough for 6 people to stay the week. These are minimal things but would be good to know before hand just to be prepared. Also, the pool is not outside the door, it is a short walk and is shared among many condos which, was fine. We are rule followers. However, I felt the rules for the pool were overwhelming. My son and husband just wanted to toss a football and another condo owner scolded them for having fun and breaking “rule number 12”. It was a little ridiculous and made us feel like we didn’t belong when we paid to be there as part of the deal. The garage door was difficult to close at times. And if you want to ride bikes the listing showed them but the ones we had were in poor condition. You would need to rent bikes for the group. A complete amenities list would be helpful. In all I thank Robert for having a beautiful place in a central location for renters to enjoy.

Great location with quiet neighborhood

We had an great stay! Location is great - short walk to beach and pool. The home has a well equipped kitchen including grilling utensils. The garage had a nice assortment of beach chairs and toys for littles. We did end up renting a beach umbrella and beach cart. Robert was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Only suggestion we would have is looking into a new mattress and pillows for the master bedroom. Otherwise no complaints!

Great vacation spot.

The home was as pictured. Host was very pleasant and helpful when we needed to shorten our stay due to a medical situation. The unit is in a nice neighborhood with a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The lawn chairs, bikes, cart, and beach toys were nice extras. The beds were comfortable. The management company was quick to respond when we had a very minor issue with the dishwasher. There is a rather steep staircase to get up to the unit.

I am very happy that you enjoyed your two week stay at my house Julie. I am always trying to make sure that my guests have a great Anna Maria Island beach vacation experience. The staircase that you mention is built to the legal building code. It’s a normal staircase. I sincerely hope that you and your family can come back to Anna Maria Island very soon.

Beach bums for a week!

Nothing fancy but a perfect convenient location. Was great to have bikes available, although one had a flat. Walkable to bars, restaurants and the fantastic beach, of course. It is tricky to find, don’t follow the gps! We had some issues with the property that couldn’t have been foreseen by anyone, but Robert was incredibly responsive and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Take advantage of the Monkey Bus to get around the island. It allows you to enjoy some cocktails and also to avoid the parking challenges at some of the busier spots.

Overall a good stay, just a few things we feel need addressed

The house and location were great, the only problems we had was the dryer was SO noisy, it worked but it was so loud and squeaky that I either hung dried my laundry on the porch overnight or we waited till we were going out before we turned it on. Also the GPS did not take us to the location, took awhile to find it and it was by luck we found it. Even the local pizza delivery guy couldn’t find us and he had lived there 3 yrs, so we had to walk out to street to find him. Also with the big rains this past week, the driveway stayed flooded, we either had to walk thru a foot of water to get in the car or find a way around the water and have my husband walk thru it and pull car out. There is a constant small stream of water in the garage from the condensation from air conditioner that we had to walk thru to get any beach items off the shelf. And our trash wasn’t picked up on Friday so had yo call and find out what to do with trash at checkout today, didn’t want to leave it inside or outside for wildlife to get into and the container was full. But overall a good week.
