A very convenient location and close to everything Kierland has to offer. Communication with the host was very easy and the unit was beautiful. A great stay!

We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and that it was so close to a grocery store, great places to eat, and the event we were attending. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Phoenix area and wanting a nice place to stay.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!

We REALLY enjoyed out stay at this condo! Very high quality throughout and well appointed too. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything we wanted was there, it exceeded our expectations! I just wish I could have stayed the whole winter in this place :)

Great space for family of 5!

2 beds and pullout couch made it nice for our family! Also pots and pans to cook and close to Kierland commons(not quite 1 Mile walk).

Beautiful property, perfect location

Loved everything about our stay. Perfect location in Scottsdale area. Very safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything you need. Clean condo, very modern. Quiet and had everything we needed. We will always check this Rental whenever we travel to Phoenix area in the future.

The perfect place!

We loved this condo for our family of four! It’s even nicer than the pictures, super clean, perfect location next to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and wonderful restaurants. The complex pool is very nice and it’s close to lots of fantastic golf courses. The property manager Joseph was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful location at a good price

This is the second time we have stayed in this condominium complex, it’s so well located, two blocks from some “secret“ Pickleball courts, the fabulous Kierland resort and golf course, which is public, the Kierland Commons shopping complex and grocery store/nail salon/coffee shop. Honestly, you name it, it’s pretty close. Owner has decorated the home beautifully. Rey quite complex. Nice pool.

Kierland Greens in January 2020

Great location close by to restaurants, stores, etc. Excellent layout for two couples with spacious kitchen, dining area, and living area. Outside porch with table and chairs was nice as well. Property Manager was quick to answer questions and very helpful. We were here for 10 days and will be back!

Beautiful and so convenient

My husband and I went to a conference in Scottsdale and needed a place to stay after the conference because we have friends who live in Scottsdale. Found this place on VRBO and it is just as the pictures show. It was perfect for our stay. The ONLY down side for our specific situation is that I didn’t realize the number of steps we would need to climb to get upstairs to the living area. My husband is handicapped and I guess I overlooked that fact. We were able to navigate it and enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect!!!

Pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very clean, well equipped with essentials, comfortable beds and well decorated. The grounds of the complex are well maintained the the pool and hot tub are fantastic. The location is perfect. You can walk to the grocery store, Westin, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters and you are steps from a paved walking trail. Had a wonderful time.

Kierland Greens Condo

Condo is really pretty and Kierland a great location. A couple of snafus made for stress over rest, but they were resolved. The devil is in the details.

Great Central Kierland Location

Overall, the condo served us well and was nicely furnished. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, grill area and workout room. We loved the close proximity to Kierland Commons which offered wonderful dining and shopping.The reason we didn't give it 5 stars for location was because within the complex, this particular unit backs up to a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise and our balcony overlooked the parking lot. Also, there are a lot of stairs from garage/front entry to main floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if we return we would search for a unit located away from the busy road.

Enjoying AZ

Great location near Kierland shops. Adjacent to busy Greenway so very noisy, especially on deck. Not for small children or guests with mobility issues as living area is up a flight of stairs. Kitchen nice but, compared to other VRBO’s, condiments were missing, only salt & pepper. Likewise for bathroom accessories. Also, counter is only for standing as it is too high for the stools. Garage is great. HVAC worked well. ROKU is included which was very nice. Nice community pool.

Wonderful Condo - enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I really liked staying in this condo and feel happy to know, after our stay, that the great reviews of previous guests, were right on the money. It’s clean, pretty, and the beds were super comfy! Joseph was very easy to communicate with and hopefully, we will be staying there again.
