Overall, a good place to stay.Condo complex is in a good neighborhood, walkable to groceries and a few restaurants. Attractive, well maintained grounds and buildings. This condo has a garage on the ground floor, with stairs to a second level where the living area is located. Spacious living area and generous storage, bedrooms smallish but adequate. Comfortable couches, chairs, beds, linens and towels. Management was quick to respond to any issue that arose. Outdoor balcony a bit too noisy to enjoy during heavy traffic hours due to its proximity to the busy Greenway Parkway, but inside of the unit was quiet. The stair treads leading to the second floor living space were a narrow 9”. The unit was clean, but the bottom the of the walls and baseboards were quite scuffed up and in need scrubbing or painting. Dishes were nice, but the kitchen supply was a bit thin, missing an operational can opener, box cheese grater, chip clips, and only two dish towels supplied for a 15 day stay. Pots and pans and cutting board worn and scratched. Fridge and microwave rattled and groaned, but did their jobs.

Great location if you are visiting family in the Scottsdale area. Plenty to do right nearby - Kierland for shopping, restaurants, bars. The townhome was well-maintained, and everything was there for your needs. Quite a neighborhood and secure garage parking. Easy access to all the major roads needed to go in any direction.

Awesome accommodations and great location!!

We really loved the condo. It is beautifully decorated, safe and secure, close to shopping and has an amazing workout facility and pool. Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. We highly recommend it!!
