Ce condo design de 1400 pieds carrés, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains comprend des luminaires haut de gamme, des carreaux, du verre et un éclairage personnalisé, offrant une expérience vraiment luxueuse. Améliorez votre séjour en vous prélassant au bord de la piscine, en vous relaxant dans le bain à remous ou en vous entraînant dans le centre de remise en forme.

Pour votre confort et votre plaisir, il y a 3 téléviseurs (un dans chaque chambre et un dans le salon), une cheminée, un balcon et un espace de travail avec une chaise ergonomique. L'espace de vie à aire ouverte offre une vue sur la salle à manger, le salon et le balcon depuis la cuisine.

Le condo est situé dans une communauté fermée. Il dispose d'un garage attenant pour 2 voitures avec une entrée au rez-de-chaussée. Cependant, il y a un escalier pour accéder au salon et aux chambres.

La maison complète est à votre disposition avec une entrée pratique et sans clé. Je fournirai un code pour la porte d'entrée et un porte-clés pour accéder aux commodités de la communauté (piscine, bain à remous, salle de gym, etc.). Excellent stay!

We stayed at the property for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect! The location is excellent - walking distance to Kierland, grocery store and restaurants. The condo has everything you need, was clean and very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great place for our family visit

Our family comprised of 4 adults, 2 children, the girls, age 2, and a 7 month old. The property was very clean, updated and modern. Owner was so helpful and very responsive to our questions and needs. We love this community, having stayed here 4 or 5 times. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

First of all, the condo is very lovely, clean & comfortable while located in a great spot! We walked to a wonderful outdoor shopping mall, & restaurants, & the condo is just a short drive to some great trails!! The owner was very quick to reply when I had a question. We highly recommend this condo.

Second stay at this property. Well located in the Kierland neighborhood. Close to everything. Plenty of comfy furniture for everyone to spread out at the end of a long day. Wonderful contemporary decor. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Exceptional place in a great location

The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable to stay in. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note if you have a large SUV it might not fit in the garage so you may need to ask the host for a parking permit, which is required by the property owners to park in one of the open spaces.You can walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. The WIFI was great for video meetings if you need to work while visiting.

Nice place in a perfect area.

The condo was accurately described. The check in process and the communication with the property manager was good. We had only a couple of questions which were answered immediately. The unit was beautifully appointed. Overall we had a good stay. I would give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the bedding. It neess to be replaced. On another note the ironing board was broken, and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawer. I would stay at this property again and I would recommend it.

Overall okay. Key issues-only 3 coffee mugs in cupboard, one dirty not clean.Garbage left on balcony Roku TV, maybe just me but couldn't even watch local TV,ie: hockey,football. Overall was fine though, Thanks Steve

Hi Steve, unfortunately you didn't make me aware of this so I wasn't able to point you in the right direction. I'm happy to call the cleaners back out in situations where they didn't do an adequate job and we do have all of the main local channels. As stated in the welcome message, we pay for Fubo TV (over 100+ channels) and if you go to the guide, among the first channels are the local versions of NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX. while we don't have every single local channel, I'm assuming the sports you wanted would have been on the ones we have.

Getaway in Scottsdale

My husband and I wanted a break in N. Scottsdale. This condo was nice. It’s just off the Kierland golf course. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Groceries are a couple of blocks away. Complex is quiet. Pool area is nice. Condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Haley was an excellent host and responded very quickly to all communication. Would recommend.

Fabulous

This was our second stay in Haley’s condo and we have another stay booked! The condo is in a quiet community and very walkable to shopping and great restaurants. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. Haley is extremely quick to respond to messages.

Convenience in Kierland

The condo was spotless and very convenient to the Kierland/N Scottsdale area. Check-in and communication with the owner was smoothless. Everything functioned well and the beds we’re comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
