Cette charmante maison est située dans une impasse tranquille, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, juste au-dessus du quartier de Hassayampa et du club de golf Capital Canyon.
Située à seulement quelques minutes de route de la place du palais de justice du centre-ville, cette maison de charme propose un séjour de niveau principal avec Mastersuite et cuisine / grande salle à l'étage principal et 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain, une salle familiale et une kitchenette au niveau inférieur. Le rez-de-chaussée a une terrasse meublée avec bain à remous.
Nous avons une allĂ©e Ă  niveau et une zone clĂŽturĂ©e pour animaux de compagnie avec une porte pour chien Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de la maison. Nous aimons les animaux de compagnie!
Nous vivons juste en bas de la rue, nous sommes donc dans la région si nous pouvons vous aider.

Wonderful 6-Week Stay — we stayed at Lin's place while waiting to move into our new home, and it truly made that whole transition so much easier. The view alone is worth five stars—absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and something we looked forward to every single day. The location couldn’t be better: private, quiet, and backing right up to the golf course, yet still central to anything you might want or need.The house was spotless and fully stocked in a way most rentals aren’t. From Ziploc bags to Q-tips, every little thing you’d expect to have at home was already there. It genuinely felt like staying in someone’s well-equipped home rather than a bare rental.The floorplan is perfect—open, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The driveway took us a day to figure out, but once we realized backing in with our full-size SUV was the trick, it became easy.One of my favorite parts of this property was the yard and the wildlife. There are walking paths, benches, and quiet spots everywhere, and we had deer and javelinas visiting almost daily. The upper and lower decks!! We spent every single evening out there watching the stars. It was the perfect way to end the day!If you're looking for a private, beautifully located home with everything you could possibly need (and then some), this is it. We’d absolutely stay again if we hadn’t purchased a home just 3 miles away:)

Million dollar view

We spent 5 weeks while waiting for our home to be finished in Phoenix. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood with magnificent views. House is close to many grocery options, both in Prescott, Prescott Valley and in the Willow Creek area. Amazing hiking all around just outside of town. Owners are very kind and responsive!! You will enjoy your stay!

Gorgeous View

The setting is beautiful with a lovely view of Thumb Butte. We BBQ'ed a couple of nights, which was delightful. A 75" TV let us us watch our Netflix and Prime shows. It was all very comfortable, relaxing and a great place from which to explore Prescott and its environs. Len, the host, was very responsive.

If you're looking for the quiet side of Prescott, this is the place. The view is amazing from the back deck, with plenty of seating to enjoy it. It is about 10 minutes from the downtown area, so a car is necessary. Great for a group too, with plenty of room to spread out.

We enjoyed our stay with friends of 50 years very much. Our only complaint was the unit was not well supplied & the TV’s in the upper living room & upper master suite were not working several times. We called the hosts many times & they were very responsive & corrected our issues right away. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have instructions on how each TV is to be operated & which remotes are used. The out of stock situation was due to the cleaning crew I believe & I am confident the McGee’s will get these issues taken care of immediately. The views were spectacular!

Perfect location

It was a nice house dog friendly and in a great location close to Prescott but far enough away to be super relaxing. house was well equipped and had a nice fenced in yard area for the dog. House is at the end of a cul de sac in an already quiet neighborhood and had great views of the city and the mountains. Deer were spotted right in the backyard. wonderfully relaxing vacation spot.

The main level is very large with many windows and sliding glass doors, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The views are exceptional, overlooking a valley and golf course.
