This property is wonderful. Clean, cute, comfortable, and affordable. My wife and I plus my 2 daughters had a great stay. I appreciate the fact the property is owned by Veterans. I myself am a veteran. Great place, close to all the amenities. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is is a good location. It was well stocked with all the essential items needed, plus lots of extras. The host responded quickly to all questions very quickly. The beds were comfortable and the yard was lovely. We stayed two nights on a girls trip to just get away for a couple of days. I would definitely book this house again.

The home was clean and well stocked with paper products, condiments, detergent etc. Lovely backyard with lots of seating. We used the charcoal grill. The view of the lake from the home was nonexistent. We drove a little way to see the lake. It's too bad it looks like it's drying up. That's Arizona! Had a wonderful time! Prescott is very nice.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever experienced via VRBO. Certainly the most well stocked rental with unexpected "little things" that made our stay rememberable.

This was the cutest house, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, and seating. A big enough table for our party of 8 to eat together and a beautiful back yard!! Michele, the host was the best hostess by being very informative with everything and extremely helpful when we needed it. If we come back to this area, we will definitely rent this again.

Me and a few of my family members stayed in the house..We can for my brothera memorial...Our stay was made so much better while staying here! They thought of everything and the house is decorated retro cool!

This was a very adorable property. The hosts have thought of everything when it comes to amenities. I have never stayed anywhere with so many thoughtful details. There were extra toothbrushes and razors, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked, the coffee and tea had good variety and creamer to go with! This would definitely be a great place for dogs and children even though we didn’t bring any. The host was thoughtful and friendly and fast to reply to any questions we had.

Home was better than expected. Extremely clean and contained everything anyone could possibly need - and then more! All appliances, dishware, cookware, bedding towels - whatever you could think of - they had provided it. We are not photo people so we have none. The back yard was completely fenced in so it was great for our pet. We have already booked for next year and for longer time.

Great getaway!

From beginning to end the host was very welcoming and helpful. I received a message before the trip with all of the additional amenities provided, helpful things to know, and how to access the house. The house itself was beautiful with a great yard. We stayed with adults and young kids. There was plenty of toys for the kids and a big yard for them to run around outside. The area was quiet and relaxing. Downtown was only 10 minutes away and the zoo is 4 minutes away. We had a great time and definitely would book again!

This place supplied almost everything you can imagine and if you were in need of something else there is a Fry’s grocery store right down the street. We went there just to get more eggs as we brought our own. Very clean and lots of space for our family. My son brought his wife and our granddaughters 11 month old and 3 year old. They had plenty of kiddie toys and also games for them. I recommend staying here. Oh and I forgot to mention that we were pleasantly surprised by the Javelina that showed up near the fire pit as we were watching TV. My sons Corgi alerted us that something was outside. There was a pack of them and one with a little baby tinier than the dogs. I wasn’t able to get a picture of mom and baby but got one picture of a couple of them. I will post some other pictures too. Nearby is a great non profit zoo. They have bears and beautiful Jaguar you can see up close. Also nearby is Whiskey Row. We ate at a great restaurant in town called The Palace. On Tuesdays they have 3.00 tacos and 3.00 margaritas that they don’t hold back on the Tequila. Williams Arizona is about an hour and half away. It’s the gateway to the Grand Canyon. There you can walk around and see the train station where the polar express comes to the station.
