Wonderful stay! We really appreciated the affordable pricing and all the thoughtful amenities. Having beach towels plus essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags available was so helpful. The bedroom cable boxes and family DVDs were a great touch, and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances.

Renters beware!! I want to be very transparent, this place was really gross. The location to the beach was great however the condition of the condo was really bad. There was a strong mildew smell and both showers were full of black mold! I had to buy cleaner with bleach just to try and get rid of some of it. There are multiple stains on the couch and rug. There was food left on dishes and silverware. The towels have stains and required me to rewash all of them before we felt we could used them. There was mold in the ceiling in the master bedroom and bathroom. Honestly, not sure how other visitors have rated this place 10 for cleanliness. I also let the owners know and all I have received as a “thank you”. No respond with an apology or possible resolution. Pretty disappointed.

Great spot for family of 4

Cutely decorated, split bedroom layout. Short drive to many eateries and shops. Our family of four had plenty of room. The littles loved sitting on the balcony.

Great location but uncomfortable

This location was great and the house was too but all the beds were like sleeping on rocks we left a day early because we all hurt so bad from them.

Great location

Close to the beach. Spent the week after Christmas here. We enjoyed the warmer weather. Getting to see the Gulf and sharing experiences with our family. First beach we have been to where you can drive on. Nice to have the doors open and hear the waves just down the road from us. Letting the cool breeze in from the patio doors. It was a nice touch to have games on site.

very nice condo association, with great pool, hot tub, and workout room. Our condo was very good.

We stayed a month here, and the condo had everything we needed. it was very light and airy, with very nice decor and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Great sunsets off the balcony, and the association amenities were great. Just a short walk to the beach. While the kitchen cupboards and baseboards could use some sprucing up, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of fluffy towels, and nice beach towels too! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful.

Close to beach, great pool and hot tub

Building was great, back of property so nice and quiet. Unit had just been painted, and clean. Master bed was very comfy. Only complaint is I wish they had left some cleaning products when staying numerous weeks it’s nice to be able to clean shower and counters. Lots of dish ware and cookware. Very low stock of any condiments or spices so be prepared to buy just about every need at store. Wish we had known before booking the 23 days that after 30 the tax is refunded. We would have stayed longer. Otherwise it’s fantastic and we will return

The condo was very clean. Furnishings were nice but somewhat dated as were the bathrooms. If you are going to stay for an extended period and cook, the kitchen is up to date and has all the utensils you need. They are not Chef Ramsey quality but, there is just about anything you need. The bathrooms were nice but, as I said dated. Watch out with the tubs, they are VERY slippery and require extreme caution to avoid falling. There is an outdoor balcony (as this is a 2nd floor unit) that appears to be comfortable if it is not too humid or not a lot of mosquitos. Unfortunately, the beach was not "a short stroll" away. More like a half mile hike. On the easy side. There is no office for check in and no keys to use (or lose). There is a nice lock at which you punch in some numbers and it unlocks to let you in. Those numbers are some that you will find are easily remembered. All in all this is a nice unit that is comfortable but, somewhat noisy because of the wood floors and noisy stairs just outside the door. For a relaxing vacation, this will be a good unit as there are many restaurants nearby as well as fishing at the popular Bob Hall pier. Enjoy your stay there.

Leaks in roof and windows made for an unpleasant stay

The location was great but unfortunately with all the rain, part of the ceiling in the living room crumbled and leaked water along with two bedroom windows. The window leaks were right by the beds and quite unpleasant to wake up to the splashes. We ended up leaving early so as to not have to deal with on and off leaks due to the rain.

Hello from Kansas

This property was clean, owner gave us ACCURATE instructions, directions, and information. Conveniently close to the beach/ocean which was what we wanted. I would definitely come back to this property. Pool water was a little too warm but glad it wasn't too cold to enjoy.

Beaches

Enjoyed staying at the condo - very nice with good space in the rooms. Clubhouse and pool areas were super clean! We enjoyed the beaches and fishing in the area Whitecap beach (buy a $12 pass at Stripes to drive on the beach) Mustang State Park $5 a person, Padre Island National Seashore $10 a day but it was amazing- sand dunes, marshes and driving along the gulf on the beach. We went back out there for star gazing too. Beautiful Area!!! We would definitely return to this location. Corpus Christi has lots to do if a rain day - such as the Lexington ship tour, Tx Aquarium, Museums, and more!
