Oasis magique à Santa Barbara

Ce magnifique domaine de 1 acre est un jardin zen privé entièrement clos avec un étang de carpes koï et une belle piscine avec une cuisine extérieure environnante, un barbecue, un bar et une cheminée. Cette villa de style espagnol dispose de 6 chambres spacieuses dont deux très grandes chambres de maître, 7 salles de bains de qualité spa, donc chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain attenante. Nous avons une grande cuisine gastronomique avec un garde-manger majordome et une salle à manger séparée. Il y a aussi un très grand salon, une salle de jeux et 4 cheminées intérieures. Nous avons une cour de moteur pour accueillir le stationnement des invités. Il y a Internet sans fil et le câble dans toute la propriété. La propriété est près de Tuckers Grove Park, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage ainsi que de l'aéroport et à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Santa Barbara. Nous avons un système de sécurité ultramoderne avec des caméras sur les points d'entrée et les passerelles extérieures. Nous avons un gardien sur place dans une maison d'hôtes indépendante. Nous veillerons personnellement à ce que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Nous aimons accueillir des invités dans ce magnifique sanctuaire. Vous aurez toujours envie de revenir dans cette oasis très spéciale parmi les belles montagnes de Santa Ynez sur la côte centrale de la Californie dans le lieu légendaire connu sous le nom de Santa Barbara. S'il vous plaît pas de demandes de mariage! Malheureusement, les lois locales ne nous permettent pas de faire ce genre de choses. Nous sommes inondés de demandes de mariage et nous n'aimons tout simplement pas avoir à dire non plusieurs fois par jour. Je vous remercie. Pas de fêtes, mariages, dîners de répétition. Vous devez payer cela avant l'enregistrement. La ville ne veut pas que les locations de vacances aient beaucoup de voitures qui impactent le quartier, nous sommes donc limités à 6 et tous les chargements et déchargements devraient avoir lieu dans les portes.

We had a wonderful stay for a family vacation in April. The host and the caretaker were both very helpful with advice and help. Our 6 grandkids ranged from 9 months to 9 years. It was perfect for all. Lots of room. Our 3 adult children and their spouses loved it. We heated the pool and played in it every afternoon. We got to feed the koi every morning. Everything seemed close, hiking , beaches, playgrounds, airport, downtown Santa Barbara. Just a perfect getaway . The house had a game room (pool and shuffleboard) plus an exercise room. We had outings every morning and then hung out by the pool in the afternoon.

Anna's entire property was exactly what I expected from the description, photos, and previous reviews of the home. Each room and all the amenities were beautifully decorated and provided for down to the hair dryers, hair products and body wash in each bathroom. There were several extra pillows and blankets if needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the dishes, cookware, serving utensils and bakeware a large family would need to cook any meal. Each room was very clean. The home was well-equipped with everything I needed. The landscaping on the grounds was beautiful and well kept, as was the swimming pool. The game room and exercise room were a welcome bonus. The location was convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend Anna's property to any group or family that needs spacious accomodations.

Our own private resort with activities for the whole family. We enjoyed the beautiful koi pond, private pool, game room, ping pong, and even a mini golf course! We love to cook and found every utensil and pan we needed in the huge kitchen with two dishwashers, five sinks and a dining table to seat 12. A spacious living room with a baby grand piano. Yet there were quiet spots by the fountain or in the meditation gazebo. We'll be back!

This is an amazing property and despite some foul weather we enjoyed our stay. Having Becky, the caretaker, on-site was very helpful. She was very friendly and attentive. The outdoor space is magical and feeding the koi everyday was a highlight for everyone as was the massage chair . We did have some issues which we detailed for the owners after our stay and their response was very thorough and considered and they were quick to address our concerns. The property is older and clearly has continuous maintenance and other needs and was not as deeply cleaned as we would have hoped (we were stuck indoors for a portion of our stay and may not have cared as much if we weren’t spending so much time cooking and in the house). Overall, this is a beautiful and spacious four-star accommodation well suited for a family gathering.

It is very hard to keep our normal 5 star cleanliness ratings during such storms occurring before, during and after your stay. We have done a full deep cleaning. This was an amazing place for our family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was something for everyone, games and a pool for the kids, fire pit and games for the for the adults, and a beautiful property to enjoy. Our VERY large family had enough space to be comfortable and we enjoyed all the common areas to spend time together. Check in and check out were easy and simple. Ana was great making sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

Stunning!!! We had a pretty large group stay here and it was a huge hit! The grounds are absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious and included everything you could possibly need. We are Phoenicians who vacation in California every year and this house blew every rental we have ever booked out of the water. The host, Anna and the caretaker were so kind and gracious. Thank you for making this special occasion a memorable one. We will definitely be coming back.

I stayed here with my fiancé and friends during our wedding weekend in Santa Barbara. The property has many amenities and is close to the airport (10 min). Every bedroom has a connecting bathroom and the house was very clean. The driveway was a little awkward but can fit about 6-8 cars and street parking is available close by. The listing said only those staying at the house can be on the property but we got prior approval to have our families visit throughout the weekend. Also, the host allowed us to check-in early which was an added bonus. The house keeper lives on the property. She welcomed us and gave us a tour when we arrived. The reason for a 4 star review and not 5 is due to lack of privacy. The house keeper told us to reach out if we needed anything so we did for garbage bags and soap. In my opinion, these extra supplies should have already been in the house but she delivered these items promptly and walked inside unannounced to deliver the garbage bags. Also, there is a noise ordinance at 10pm and the house keeper said she would text me if we were being loud. On our last night at literally 10:01pm she walked into the garage then proceeds inside the house to tell us to be quiet. Coming directly into the house unannounced on both this occasion and when dropping off garbage bags is inappropriate especially for a place you are renting. Overall, the property is beautiful and we had a good stay just letting you know what we experienced.

I am so sorry you feel this way about the caretaker. She lives in a private, detached guest house and is always complimented and praised by guests, only seen if requested. She has not experienced a guest breaking the rules so this was her first situation like this. She was just trying to provide wonderful service with the trash bags. The door is solid wood and the doorbell is out on the street so it is really hard to hear knocking with the music on. She came in because she had been knocking and no one heard due to excessive noise. We tried to be so accommodating for your special day but you broke your promises. The trash bags are under the trash when you remove it. We try to have double or triple the necessary amount but your group had more trash than usual.

Great family gathering place for long weekend

Comfortable, well maintained, spacious and interesting option for large family gathering for a long weekend. Loved the outdoor spaces and game room. Easy 15 min drive to pier and downtown Santa Barbara just a few exits south on 101.
