We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The property management company did an excellent job tending to our needs and the house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the essentials.

This impeccably maintained and decorated home is everything it promises to be: spotlessly clean, an easy drive to the beach, and a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We found the home ideal for our family of 6 adults and 1 child, and would not hesitate to book it again for our next trip to Santa Barbara.

This house worked out great for our family of 7 adults attending a wedding in the area. Plenty of room, beds were very comfortable, they had beach chairs & towels for our use & the patio space & fire pit were awesome! When I inquired about a coffee bean grinder, they had one delivered right away! Communication was immediate.I have never paid this much for a vacation rental before but realize that Santa Barbara in October is in demand! The weather was perfect & my family was able to all stay together so it was worth it. The house is definitely high end! We would do it again!!

Very well appointed home centrally located. Walkable to park and grocery store. A number of restaurants nearby. Home is in perfect shape, everything is new and very nice. Property manager was great. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend in Santa Barbara. The location is in a cul-de-sac but can see the water. Groceries and restaurants are nearby. The real winner, though, was the property itself. The interior is gorgeous (a friend was taking pictures for their own home inspo!) and the backyard was perfect to hang out and chat, complete with firepit. We'd love to come back.
