Les condos à concept ouvert peuvent accueillir confortablement 5 personnes. Il est à quelques pas de la rue principale et vous permet de vous rendre facilement à pied à vos restaurants et boutiques préférés du centre-ville. Le troisième étage a été rénové avec un nouveau réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, une laveuse / sécheuse et deux AC portables (installés dans les chambres). Il y a un grand salon / salle à manger à aire ouverte pour toute la famille. Profitez d'une soirée agréable près du poêle à bois. La propriété a deux grandes chambres à coucher. La chambre principale a un lit king et une demi-salle de bain attenante. La chambre supplémentaire comprend un lit queen-size et un lit simple, pouvant accueillir confortablement trois personnes supplémentaires. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux planchers et draps. Le pont est un endroit idéal pour profiter des nuits d'été avec vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espaces verts pour que la famille puisse en profiter

This is a great location. The condo had most everything you need and was clean. It was as advertised. The outside was not very nice, but it was safe and overall fine. The owner's were great! They communicated with us and provided all the information we needed.

My partner and I stayed here once before and loved it, so we were so happy to come back! Once again it was clean, organized, and beautiful! We love being able to walk around Lincoln and be nearby to lots of hiking. We loved it and hope we can come back next year!

Convenient and delightful stay! For families and explorers.

This stay was family friendly. Convenient in location, clean and stored with all necessities included. Great floor plan for family interaction and entertainment. Reasonably quiet stay with white mountains, shops and restaurants close in reach. Surrounding neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Would definitely return/recommend!

Cozy Condo!

Very clean and comfortable condo with all the comforts of home! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Comfortable king size bed in the master and the floor fan was a nice bonus. Two bathrooms, which was great! Easy access to The Kanc and 93. Great location and just down the street from our favorite restaurants, The Common Man & Gordi's. We really enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo! Highly recommend!

Thanks for your recommendations! I just picked up a non-slip mat for the bathtub. The association just approved a water pressure regulator at the fall meeting., so once it is installed it should lower the water pressure. If not, I will definitely purchase a low-flow shower head.

Just what I was looking for!

My brother and I were down for some hiking and this location was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment was clean, and had amenities (such as shampoo, towels, etc) which was an added bonus. It was kept very tidy, and the instructions and communication was excellent I knew exactly what to do/ where everything was and how it worked! This condo is close to the white mountains, and easy to navigate around the area. My only note is that if you have a larger group, the noise does travel and I would say the 10pm rule is necessary so neighbors can also have a peaceful stay as well. However, that said the neighbors were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived!

Dissappointed

Condo was clean and comfortable, but I would not recommend this unit for someone who cannot climb stairs. Didn't realize it was up six flights of stairs. Unit is not full a/c and is very warm during the day, we had to use fans in addition to the floor units (that were only in the bedrooms) but still remained extremely warm. Only has one TV in the unit which makes it difficult to satisfy all parties and does not have any DVD player. Pool area needs major work - could not sit on the picnic tables because they were extremely warn and full of splinters and most of the chaise lounges were broken and dirty.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you found the unit clean and comfortable. I will bring up the issues with the pool at the next association meeting. To clarify what the description states, this is a third floor condo meaning there are only two flights of stairs(not 6 as the review mentions). Additionally the description states that the unit has two portable air conditioners set up in the bedrooms. The unit does not have a dvd player. However there is a smart tv that connects to cable, netflix, hulu, hbo, and other streaming channels. I will make sure future renters are aware of how to use these features. -Shannon

We didn’t get the confirmation from Expedia for instructions on how to get into the property, but we contacted the owner and she was very responsive and immediately sent that information to us with no delay in arrival. We were not disappointed at all. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was very clean and nice. We appreciated the fact that the owner had games available for families and also visitor information regarding the local area available. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my partner and I! We also invited a friend to stay, which was perfect with the second bedroom. The condo was well kept and very quiet. Shannon was always available if I had any questions or concerns. She had many utensils and condiments we needed readily available. She also ran out and got disinfectant spray for me before my arrival. 10/10!

Whether its hot summer days by the river, skiing down the trails of South Peak, hiking the whites, or hanging out with family or friends, I always love to return home. Now as a young family, my husband and I feel fortunate that we can share this lifestyle with our daughter.

My favorite part about this condo is its location. It is located just off of Main Street, so you can easily walk to restaurants and stores. Another perk is the view of South Mountain in the winter off of the deck.
