The house was roomy and tidy. The lower level games are nice if you have older children. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, the cookware leaves something to be desired. Note that there is a very steep and narrow driveway to traverse every time you come and go. Our car with brand new tires had trouble with the steep incline. The view from the deck is nice.

Everything about this property was great, the privacy, the kid amenities, the adult amenities kept the whole family happy the entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay what a wonderful cabin, what a great view. Everything we needed was there. We grilled steaks for our son's birthday and as we just got started the propane tank ran out. Then we found a spare tank in the storage room in the kitchen.

Great place to stay. Some minor adjustments need updated, basement walk out needs cleaned, some more towels would be nice, and kitchen towels. Need more. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great time. Our host was very responsive. We had 3 generations of 10 people. There was enough for all to do when we stayed home. There was plenty to do in the area due to being in a great central location.

16th Birthday Celebration

The house was gorgeous. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the gamerooms. We will definatley stay here again.

We gathered here for Thanksgiving and had a great holiday. 9 adults dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the long dining table for games and meals. We also got great use out of the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well outfitted - better than we expected. The host was an excellent communicator and responsive to every question.

Excellent getaway for a family with kids.

Amazing property with a good view. The hills make it difficult to reach but well worth it. The location is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a mountain getaway.

Great stay!

Last fall our family and a friend enjoyed 5 nights here. There is plenty of room for everyone and extremely comfortable. Everything was great, no issues. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful views and the fire pit. It’s peaceful and quiet but not too far from activities and town.

Family Vacation

From first arrival to the very end I was beyond Impressed with this house. The beds were super comfy, the house was clean, the basement area was a blast for the kids and adults. The hot tub was nice and clean too. Communication with the property owner was also super simple. I would 1000% stay here again.

The on-property amenities were great. The house was overall clean, however, it could use vacuuming as there was white dog hair everywhere. Also, an unused cigarette was found underneath a side table in one of the main level bedrooms. Everything in the house was well stocked and we were thankful for the large pots and pans as we have several family members with us.Communication was okay except the suprise extra pet fee. I thought our reservation included all pets (2 yorkies), however, that wasn't the case and the owner/manager wasn't helpful in this area. This surprise fee occured the night before we were to arrive and our fees were non-refundable at this point. The owner/manager knew I had no choice in the matter. The only other drawback was the driveway and parking. The driveway is extremely steep and can be a bit difficult for large SUVs and trucks, as we had. But, if it's a wet day, not sure a smaller vehicle would make it up the hill. Other than that, the stay was nice and the drive wasn't too far from Pigeon Forge.

Home away from home

We loved everything about the cabin, had a great time and will stay there again. Eight of us had plenty of space. There’s several games and lots to do. The deck, the view, and the hot tub were wonderful. Shopping and activities are close. It’s a wow! Thank you.
