Grand emplacement au 2ème étage sur le célèbre Thomas Dr. sur l’une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Panama City Beach est connue pour ses plages de sable blanc et ses eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. La chambre principale a une entrée privée sur le balcon avec une vue magnifique de chaque pi��ce. Le propriétaire a achet�� un couple de chaises et un parapluie avec une tente (veuillez noter que ceux-ci doivent être rapport����s tous les jours s'ils sont laissés à l'extérieur, la patrouille de la plage les jettera)
De nombreux extras, notamment une cafetière Keurig et une nouvelle cafetière ordinaire de 8 tasses. (Nous aimons le café) Un four grille-pain, un micro-ondes et tous les appareils standard pour rendre votre séjour agréable.
La chambre principale a un lit King avec une vue sur le golfe! Master bain a une vanité de maquillage séparée de la zone de douche.
Chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size et une entrée privée pour salle de bain. Toutes les chambres ont la télévision ainsi que le salon.
Le salon dispose d’un très grand canapé-lit avec 1 fauteuil inclinable et 2 fauteuils assis. La salle à manger a une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et un bar pour 2 personnes.
Le balcon du bâtiment B comprend une très grande table pour le petit-déjeuner, 2 chaises et 4 chaises supplémentaires pour que tout le monde puisse s'asseoir et profiter de la vue.

We came for our son’s Skim Board contest which was right at the end of the walking path to the beach. What an amazing surprise. We loved the condo, location and view of sunset every night from the balcony was perfect! We will be coming to stay in this same condo every year that the Skim Contest is at the park next door.

We had our first stay at the dunes and will 100 percent be booking here for our next trip. We needed something convenient to the beach having a 3 month old and other kids. The condo was perfectly located right outside the elevator and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Loved our stay here!

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

The only negative thing I can say is the bathrooms are small and really low ceilings.. I would love to stay there again .

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

I am just taking over the task of responding to reviews and I am saddened to hear that the construction being done by the Resort disturbed your stay. If resorts alert us to construction projects, we typically alert guests to that information. Our records do not show that we communicated the construction plans to you so I do not believe that we were aware of the construction schedule in Building B prior to your arrival. Thank you for the letting us know about the lighting and the box springs. We have not heard of the lighting issue before and will check that out. I am surprised to hear about the box springs in the Beach side bedroom as that bed is just over a year old. We hope that you will still book with Four Star again in the future. All the Best.

Reviewer Comments: To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.This year not so much.Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.It was difficult to sleep.Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

Thanks for staying with us again and leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with the kids in the pool and with noise late at night. Reviewing your reservation notes, you never mentioned a noise complaint to our office. I hope you at least spoke with security about the issue, the are very good. I've followed up with the building security and they confirmed that quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. I'm sure if you notified the building security and the issue persisted until 1 AM, they would've called the police to evict the guests. I hope you have a more quiet and relaxing vacation during your next stay.

Life guard station is close by once on the beach. Good communication with the property management folks. I would rent from them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved are stay there. The condo had all the essentials accept hangers. The kitchen cupboards had way too much dishes, bowls. There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.
