Profitez de notre condo Kihei Kai Nani avec toutes les commodités. Notre condo climatisé au premier étage est situé à seulement une minute de la célÚbre plage de Kamaole 2. Le condo offre tant d'avantages, dont le moindre n'est pas la climatisation pour vous garder à l'aise pendant votre séjour. La laveuse et la sécheuse évitent aux clients les inconvénients et les dépenses liés à l'utilisation des machines à piÚces par le bureau. Un signal WiFi puissant dessert l'ensemble de l'unité, et nous avons deux téléviseurs à écran plat offrant un service de cùble dans le salon et la chambre. En tant que nouveaux propriétaires, nous sommes en train de moderniser le condo au besoin. Pour votre usage (et le nÎtre!) nous venons d'installer un nouveau frigo (novembre 2017).

Notre maison hawaïenne est parfaitement située pour que vous puissiez profiter des plages de Kihei. Une cuisine complÚte, y compris micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et tous les appareils, vous permet de préparer des repas à la maison. Ou vous pouvez dßner dans l'un des nombreux excellents restaurants qui sont à proximité ici à Kihei - certains de nos favoris à quelques pas de l'allée Kihei Kai Nani.

Notre condo d'une chambre se sent beaucoup plus grand que de nombreuses unités Kihei Kai Nani, qui ne bénéficient pas d'une pelouse, comme nous. Pendant que vous vous détendez sur la véranda sur des meubles en teck confortables et beaux, la pelouse avant s'étend au-delà du patio, offrant un confort et un espace verts inhabituels parmi les unités d'une chambre du complexe.

Would definitely stay here again! The place had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, dish soap, and a few laundry pods. The ground floor lanai is elevated from ground level so it was lovely and quiet. Not an issue for us but for others to note- there are about 10 stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. Great place!!

VERY nice accommodation. The condo is in great condition with a comfortable bed, couch, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. We used a very limited amount of kitchen items since we made it to the island eateries all over the place, but, more often than not, it was Fred’s for breakfast (I left two coupons from receipts for a free breakfast when you buy one). It’s right next door! We used two of the three beach chairs and umbrella provided. The 3rd chair has a broken clip on it. It’s a pretty quiet place, being at the rear of the complex, away from the busy street, even though it becomes pretty quiet on the streets after 10. In our 2 week stay, the washer/dryer was used once. The very nicely updated bathroom was used almost daily. Our TV (2) use was very limited since we bought our iPads. Electronic door entry made it nice not to lug a key around. I wanted to adjust the picture frames on the wall, but, was afraid they might fall apart since they appeared to be self destructing with the faint salt air moving through the complex, year after year! I’ve rented three different condos in this complex through the years and I can easily say this is hands down the best one. Even though it’s on the ground floor, the building is on higher ground than all the others in the complex. Bring your luggage in to the condo on the far side ramp of the building so you don’t wear your luggage down walking them up a double stairway. The lanai faces the sun-NICE! Thank you!
Watch out for the newts who want to move in! He’s a small one.

Best time

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days and we found it fantastic. Near restaurants and beaches. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, to an umbrella and a cooler for drinks. The condo was clean and well set up. Yes it had ac and it worked fantastically. The washer and dryer was great as well. The fridge had an ice maker and even some cold packs for the cooler. We will definitely try and rent again from here for future visits.Mahalo

My quiet retreat

I enjoyed having this condo during our family get-together. It gave me a quiet retreat where I had all the luxuries of home and could still walk along the adjacent beach or pick up coffee in a local store. A good location to walkable stores as well as the beach.

A lovely spot for a relaxing vacation

This little condo has everything. Great location, comfortable and cozy, friendly neighbours and a perfect spot to relax. The owners were a delight to rent from. 1 small issue was dealt with right away and the owners stayed in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great location

Easy walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property manager was great to work with as we needed to extend our stay by 4 nights. We would rate this property at a 4.5. Very little hot water in the shower and since we don’t use streaming services, we had very limited access to TV programs.

Condo was well kept. It has everything we needed. Check in was easy. Great location, close to beaches. Shopping and dining were in walking distance from condo. Condo was set back from South Kihei road, so not much traffic noise, but close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing. Pool was great.

Perfect Kihei location

Everything you want for a beach stay. Location is super easy to walk to everything including beach. Description is accurate. WiFi spotty. Pool is fine. But I come to Maui to be 90% of my time outside.

We are long-time friends -- an internet librarian and a youth counselor -- who have known each other for years and now have been able to make our dreams of a Maui home come true. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our families have stayed in Kihei Kai Nani since we were small; and many of our favorite memories have taken place right here, in these fantastic gardens and on the green lawn in front of Building 8, definitely playing in the surf of Beach 3 and snorkeling at the point directly in front of Kihei Kai Nani by Kamaole 2 Beach Park.

We really like the fact that Condo 160 is at the rear of Kihei Kai Nani in Building 8, where it is quiet, and that it opens onto the green lawn. The beach is only a minute away, and we have our own place away from the bustle. The condo is clean and comfortable. It is restful and makes a wonderful, centrally located home- away-from-home for a memorable visit to the island.
