Conveniently located off of Interstate 5 freeway, you will enjoy being across the street from Mission Bay and all it has to offer. You will be able to walk to coffee shops, Thai Food, Sushi Ota, 711, Rubios Fish Tacos and In and Out. You will enjoy taking a nap, reading a book or just relaxing on the patio. The property is located 5 minutes from Old Town San Diego, 7 minutes from Little Italy, 5 minutes to La Jolla Shores and Mt. Soledad. Only 10 minutes to the Airport or Balboa Park.

Such kind and welcoming hosts! They had great recommendations on where to go. The studio was cute, clean, and the kitchenette was incredibly well stocked. Loved the beautiful shared courtyard.

A peaceful place to rest

We had a family vacation planned in the area and my husband and I decided to come a few days early to do some exploring in the area before we met up with my family. We were traveling with our 4 month old baby and this was a lovely place for us to land. The area was quiet which was great for our baby and the space was very clean. Our hosts were beyond kind, answered all our questions super fast, and even allowed us to stay for a few extra hours while the baby napped and we waited for family to fly in. We were close to the aquarium, beaches, parks, the zoo, and plenty of food options. Great place for a getaway if you don’t need a ton of space. Would definitely recommend. Thank you both for an amazing stay!

VERY NICE

We really enjoyed staying so close to everything in the PB area. Especially liked the king size bed and very comfortable and quiet outdoor patio. Additionally, Susan, Ryan and their super friendly and nice dog Tiko were great hosts.

Property was exactly as advertised. Hosts were responsive and really nice people! Neighborhood was a tad odd - big hotel across the street - but very close to Mission Bay and easy access to highway and downtown and the airport. We highly recommend this property!

Location just right!

Swipe Right...

If you're "single" and looking for a great place to stay, "swipe right" on this charming, cozy studio! Located on a quiet street across from Mission Bay Park (great walking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas along the bay) and a short hop to Fiesta Island (the entire island is leash-free including a few fenced-in areas for those puppers who need a bit more security to roam), this comfy spot is a match made in heaven... great location, well-stocked amenities, off-street parking, and fabulous hosts who make you feel right at home. Thank you to Sue and Ryan for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location

This cute little rental was close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and quiet, and perfect for a relaxing long weekend. It is a small space, but we were out every day enjoying San Diego and didn't need any more space. The patio was the perfect spot to visit with our local friends.
