N'attends pas!  Réservez votre séjour maintenant dans ce charmant condo récemment mis à jour avec un nouveau décor et de la peinture fraîche!  Il a le contact parfait de la plage, tout en gardant la sensation familiale pour rendre le séjour parfait!  Il se trouve au 12ème étage de la tour flottante au Sea Mist Resort. Le condo est meublé avec un lit complet XL, un canapé-lit queen-size, une salle de bain complète et une kitchenette (réfrigérateur complet, micro-ondes et cafetière).  Vous avez également un balcon privé où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique.

En tant que client, vous aurez accès à plus de 12 piscines intérieures et extérieures, bains à remous, saunas et accès à la plage.  Malheureusement, nos clients n’ont pas accès au parc aquatique, à la laverie automatique ou au centre de remise en forme.

DONT DO IT! WASTE OF MY MONEY

If this room is updated and not like the rest I would hate to see the others. Black mold in the shower, the last night we was there I killed a couple roaches, Couch had stains all over it. The pool was locked almost everyday of being there. We was told it was because they had to put chemicals in the pool! I'm sorry, that should be done at a convient time for the guest that pay so much to stay at this piece of crap hotel! There shouldn't be any reason for a hotels pool to be green anyways considering the money they make off people! The bed was literally almost on the floor! My husband is 6'8 so that was a nightmare for him! Elevators also looked like they was about to fall apart!

Hi Victor, thanks for booking with us and leaving a review! I looked in to your reservation and I do not see you ever contacting us regarding any issues. Unfortunately, Palmetto Bugs are very common in our area. They look like a roach, but they’re actually not a roach. They harbor in resort areas, around pools, and beach houses. To deter them and other pests, we have routine pest control in this listing. If you saw any unwanted bugs during your stay, we would have been happy to call pest control to service the property. As for the sofa, it was not stained prior to your visit, and we have date/time stamped photos to prove that. Since this listing is privately owned and managed, we can only control the inside of the listing, and we have no control over what takes place at the resort, in other units, at the pools, or within the general area. Thanks again for the review!

Overall it was ok and the management company is quick to respond to concerns

My biggest issue was just the overall cleanliness of the entire property, not just the unit. Things we found in the unit were addressed within an hour and they are very friendly and helpful. My largest complaint is the sofa and the bed are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is very old and it folds and has a large dip in the middle from the worn springs that you can feel while you are laying in it. We had to go and purchase a mattress topper and a new comforter. My mom slept on the sofa and the first night she tried the sofa bed but it was worse than the actual bed mattress and then she slept on the sofa the other 5 nights which also has a big dip in the middle. Make sure to bring extra pillows because you only get 4 total flat pillows and the throw pillows that are in the photos are no longer in the unit and neither is the rug

Horrible Experience!!!!

If you like to stay in a sketchy part of town and in a run-down condo then this is the place for you! If I could give 0 stars I would. After driving 8 hours to tour a college campus for my daughter we arrived at Sea Mist. The complex is made up of multiple buildings so it is very difficult to find the place let alone parking. No management on site to help find the room so you have to call Coastline Beach Rentals to help with that. Upon entering the lobby, trash and cigarette butts on floor and the smell of pot hits you in the face upon entering the elevator. When we finally arrived in the condo, it does not look as pictured. Stains on sofa. Floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. The handles were falling off the dresser and furniture was very beat up. The shower curtain was torn and barely hanging from the curtain rod. The bathroom was dingy and needed updating. The bathroom door did not shut completely. Both chairs in the room needed to be scrubbed of food or whatever were on them. Kids' toys were still behind the sofa so I know it wasn't cleaned behind there. Needless to say, we refused to stay there. Called Coastline Beach Rentals and after many emails back and forth, they said they would have a repairman come up to the room. At 7pm at night, after a 8-hour drive , I did not have the patience or time to wait for this. I immediately told them that I would like to cancel. They said that would be fine but refused to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable as I did not get what I was told I was paying for. I ended up staying in a hotel that night about thirty minutes away. We toured the campus the next morning and headed back home. They should be ashamed to even list this place for rental!!!

The room was dirty, but I guess that's what you get for the price. The sheets felt like cardboard. The floors and furniture were dirty. There was coffee ground in the coffee pot and the microwave wasn't cleaned. The hallways had a terrible smell. The view was good and that was about it. It was annoying that we had to stand in line and register upon arriving to get the parking pass and after hours card, which we never used because the doors still worked after 10pm. The security guards wouldn't let us load up in the loading zone which was annoying because why have a sign for two unloading/loading lanes. Needless to say I will not be staying at Sea Mist again.

The hallway where the room is located has a foul smell. If you step out onto the balcony, it smells like someone is smoking weed. The general property appeared to need some serious maintenence and general repair.
