The beaches, pools, and restaurants are now open. This condo is professionally cleaned, and we offer contactless check-in.

This amazing condo features a King bed in the suite with a private balcony. It is modern and contemporary, accommodating up to four guests. Situated in Myrtle Beach within the Ocean One Resort, it is one of the newest buildings in the area, showcasing ultra-modern decor. The condo also includes a pullout couch for your entire family. The bathroom is equipped with a spa garden tub complete with jets. Enjoy heated pools, a private ocean balcony, a lazy river, and hot tubs.

Conveniently located just steps from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and only one block from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier, this condo is also a short drive away from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues are easily accessible as well.

The beachfront resort offers an abundance of amenities, including indoor pools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Enjoy the oceanfront pool and accompanying waterfall or relax in the indoor pool with a cascading double waterfall. There is also a children's interactive splash and play area. AND BEST OF ALL, FREE WIFI.

Our beachfront condo features one bedroom with a King bed and a sleeper sofa, one full bathroom with jets, and a living and dining area. This condo comfortably sleeps four guests. Experience the morning sunrise from your private oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Nicely decorated and updated one bedroom condo. Wonderful view! Kitchen utensils are lacking as well as space for dry goods grocery storage. Would be nice to have a stick vacuum to help maintain the floors with the sand. The broom just doesn’t get it all with tile floors. Overall, a nice condo for two.

Overall happy with the experience, two things that need improvement, fitted sheet on the bed kept coming out, and sliding door to balcony was smeared from last cleaning, otherwise enjoyed.

Spring Getaway

The unit was clean, stocked with dishes, linens, and even laundry pods to wash your clothes. The pictures fail to truly capture the stunning view; the ocean is within mere feet from your balcony and is breathtaking. There are many pool and hottub options— both indoor and outdoor. Julie responds very quickly and ensures you have a lovely stay— which we did!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for myself and husband, although it was November the weather cooperated and we were able to put on our bathing suits and dip our toes into the Atlantic ocean 18th floor overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. Place is as pictured.

Great rental

Went for a quick weekend trip. Condo was super clean. Beautiful ocean view. Didn’t hear any other noise from other guests. Parking was across the street and a general store within walking distance. Host was very responsive to emails. Check in super easy. Will definitely be staying there again

Great Views

The view was incredible! It was amazing to open the curtains and see the ocean every day. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the pier and other entertainment (shopping, restaurants etc.). There were chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach (provided by another company) however they were very pricey. We do suggest getting some beach chairs and other items to use at the beach for the guests to use during their stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking this condo again in the future!

Very nice room

Room was great but when ready to check in at 4 I was notified not everything had been taken care of to be checked in. Since I made reservations weeks ahead of time that was very frustrating to be told more stuff needed to be taken care of before check in. I would have been happy to go ahead if I would have known.

Literally STEPS to the beach

The condo is in an awesome location close to the boardwalk. It is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We loved that we could hang out at the pool and then take a few steps and be on the beach.

Overall of condo

Walls have many scrub marks and nicks. We forwarded photos so that we wouldn’t be liable. Was told it would be in passed along to the management. Other than that we loved the location right on the beach. The photos shown are exactly the way we found it. We could walk to the boardwalk and there were restaurants within walking distance.

Just Ok for the price

The room was as pictured however, once we got checked in we saw it needed a lot of updates, ie: rusty hinges, rusty lamps, rusty vents, needs touch up paint all over, bed frame was broken (which they fixed promptly) kitchen cabinets were peeling. The condo was south of the boardwalk, which was less busy for this time frame, however, we were not happy with the lack of amenities offered. There was no poolside bathroom so we had to go all the way up to the our room on the 18th floor to use the bathroom anytime we needed. I know this has more to do with timeframe than the resort but the amount of inconsiderate people was disappointing, there were lots of recreational smoking (pot) in the neighboring room as well as on the balcony and the smell would penetrate our room. However- views were beautiful, beaches weee nice and not crowded, and it was close to a lot of different attractions ( golfing, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants)

Growing up in rural North Carolina, my family would visit Myrtle Beach for our vacations, and I cherished every moment of it. Currently, my husband and I own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we began looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and discovered affordable oceanfront options that come with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

We love Myrtle Beach for its tropical feel, complete with palm trees by the pool, all while being close to home. We have one little girl, and our condo is another source of pride for us. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can meet your needs. I strive to make your experience enjoyable and would greatly appreciate any constructive feedback to enhance your stay.

My husband manages our website and advertising for our family business, while I focus on providing all the comforts of home. In our spare time, we plan our next real estate purchase, build websites for clients, work out, play with our daughter, read, and try out new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we love to head to Myrtle Beach to relax and unwind.
