Condo OCEANFRONT - Récemment mis à jour!

Ceci est un vrai condo d'une chambre avec entrée dans le hall / hall.
Situé au 6ème étage, ni trop haut, ni trop bas, mais juste pour profiter des magnifiques paysages et sons OCEAN FRONT. Montez jusqu'au parking GATED attenant (accès avec la carte-clé de votre chambre), garez votre voiture et entrez directement dans les couloirs fermés à température contrôlée.
Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et nouveaux tapis installés partout. Les 2 lits queen size avec matelas à plateau-coussin dans la chambre ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, peuvent accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La table de cuisine est également un lit escamotable pleine grandeur qui tire du mur pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires si nécessaire pour un total de 8 !!
Il y a 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat, télévision par câble, WiFi gratuit, ainsi qu'une cafetière et Keurig, mixeur, mijoteuse, grille-pain, planche à repasser et fer à repasser pour votre usage.

Tous les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis.

Il n'y a pas de service de ménage quotidien.

Le bâtiment Condo possède une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, une rivière lente et une piscine pour enfants, ainsi qu'une piscine extérieure. Il y a une pelouse en front de mer pour bronzer et socialiser, avec table / chaises ombragées, ainsi que des chaises longues. Il y a une salle de musculation / fitness et des salles de bains situées au premier étage, toutes deux accessibles avec la carte-clé de votre chambre.

Le condo partage la propriété avec un hôtel portant le nom de Holiday Sands et vous donne accès à une piscine intérieure supplémentaire, un bain à remous, une grande aire de jeux pour piscine pour enfants, une terrasse ensoleillée recouverte de moquette et une piscine extérieure. Il y a aussi un restaurant situé à l'hôtel.
Pendant les mois d'été, vous pouvez entendre le tintement du camion de glaces qui fait le tour de la propriété tous les jours.

La jetée Springmaid est située à distance de marche, juste au sud du condo, ainsi que Downwind Sails où vous pouvez louer des jet-skis, des promenades en bateau banane, etc.

La propriété est située à l'extrémité sud de Myrtle Beach, près de Market Commons et de Myrtle Beach State Park. Les attractions populaires telles que Broadway at the Beach et Myrtle Beach Skywheel sont également à seulement quelques minutes.

This condo was awesome!! Quick response from the host on the only question we asked while we were there. Great views of the ocean. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach, this place is at the top of my list to stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic. The location was perfect! We loved being right on the beach with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our trip. We had a relaxing, enjoyable time and will definitely be back on our next visit to Myrtle Beach!

The host made everything very inviting! It was clean and beautifully decorated! They had all of the comforts from home, and we especially loved the comfortable beds, fluffy towels, clean kitchen dishes, glasses, and accessories! You could tell that they love their place, make efforts to have those that stay there happy and relaxed. The views from the balcony are spectacular with dolphins in view daily!

Amazing condo with everything you could ask for when visiting Myrtle Beach! Great location, amazing views, loved the pools and hot tub and we were close to attractions and restaurants.

Beautiful ocean view. Clean unit. Hosts would not return 100 my child’s bday gift LuLu Lemon water bottle left behind (never had this happen before), said their private cleaner doesn’t return items to guests. Wouldn’t let us ask cleaners. Accused of bleaching hand towels, then told we’re lucky and “being released” of not having our deposit taken for the towels - no bleach in the unit, made no sense. Camera watching every move in/out of the unit by the owners. Very expensive rental cost. Stained mattress on pull out couch. Small pools but indoor lazy river good for keeping kids busy - although loud and kids out of control everywhere. Will go somewhere more reasonably priced, private from owners 24/7 view, and less small children.

We don't usually respond to reviews, but feel some clarification and de-escalation is in order. Yes, apparently renter left a water bottle in condo after check-out. Notified owner a day and a half later asking for it to be returned. I contacted our housekeeper who told me she threw it in the trash when she cleaned the day of check out. She said she was sorry, but she doesn't have the time or space to keep and try to return left items, so she disposes of them. I told the guest it had been disposed of, and that I was sorry, but completely out of my control. I did refuse to give her my housekeepers contact info when she asked for it as I did not believe that was appropriate, or necessary. Regarding the towels, the day of check out I was notified by our housekeeper that 2 seafoam green hand towels hanging in the bathroom for decoration had been ruined with what appeared to be a bleach of some sort. We know accidents happen and had decided at that time not to mention to the renter. However, once renter reached out and kept going on about this water bottle being returned after I had told her it had been discarded, and wanting to speak to the housekeeper etc, I did mention the towels and asked if she knew anything about them. I told her we were never going to charge her deposit for the damage as things like this happen, and we were just wanting to inquire about them. The renter took this as an accusation and responded with this review and more inflammatory responses privately. I believe the renter had a very enjoyable stay, and had actually booked again for next year. However this unfortunate event which was entirely beyond our control has regrettably prompted her to cancel her next booking and leaving a negative review.

The condo was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view was fantastic. Communicating with the owners was easy and they always answered quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
